Some one Stole all the Nice Comfy Chairs… (likely a Committee in Seattle) … CROOKS. The money grubbing idiots in Seattle can’t figure out how to Co-​Brand with Lazy Boy and have nice chairs in the store so that if you Scan a bar code with your I — Phone you have the chair sent to your home and SBUCKS gets a 5−15% commission on each Scan/​Delivery (delivery comes out of some warehouse.)… I could make that program profitable…
The Baristas … Constantly talking about Slapping one another… and Calling each other Retarded. (4:30 PM on Sunday. 6.5.16.)
Very Juvenile, NOT Professional… Wish there were other Options… like a Caribou or Peet’s in this location…

Always come here for a cup of coffee and never had any complaints so it’s time to give then some stars. Always great quick service

Worst Starbucks I have ever been in, very rude staff and bathroom is a ¼ mile away — and they sent me to it without out even mentioning that you need an access code!

This Starbucks is AWESOME! Not incompetent like the one on Clay. The manager on Clay is really mean. I’m a regular but they never want to greet me or help me. So it was a breath of fresh air when I went to this location. They are so friendly and nice. And they get the job done quickly. I love it when people know what they are talking about and are super nice. Kinda don’t want to let the secret out about how good they really are.

In and out in under 3 minutes this morning. Best layout of any Starbucks I’ve been to. Friendly, attentive baristas offering incredible service!

So I was visiting out of town last week…(from up North) and «Chris» the Batista aka Coffee Master made me feel welcomed and his Customer Service was to match… Try so much and I will be back again on my next trip!

This Starbucks is probably my favorite location specifically because of the staff. They are absolutely awesome! I work right across the street so I’m here often, and they have it down. They know my drink and they make it perfect each time. Not only that but they take what, for most people, is a transaction and they make an experience.
On another note, this location tends to stay pretty busy. It’s smack dab in the Financial District and those 9−5ers sure like their breaks. Suffice to say, expect a line. The good news to that, however, is that you don’t feel the wait. This staff is quick and efficient! They have a system that works without sacrificing the quality of each cup.
The manager is one epic dude. He sports a nice beard and always has something nice to say!
All and all this is a great location with a great staff. Nice, friendly and amazing are really the best way to sum it all up.

One of the better Starbuck’s in San Francisco. Efficient and friendly staff. I only come in here during the afternoon and they sure have really cute staff :) These ladies make the best frappuchinos!

Quick friendly service at 8:30am. They never get too packed and when they do the line still goes fairly quick.

Good Starbucks location. They were open VERY early on a Sunday for when we departed from Le Meridien. The service was prompt, and our orders were made correctly!

I think it’s safe to say this is the best Starbucks in SF. Not even a question. Best staff, quickest service, best tasting drinks, great memories with drinks and names. The employees brighten my morning Monday — Friday. :)

Fast and friendly service every time. I’m a little addicted to the cake pops. I slap my hand every time I order one… and then I get over it and enjoy it in the «privacy» of my office cubicle.

There are so many Starbucks in SF! This reminds me of Arlington, VA where you can see another Starbucks location while inside of a Starbucks.
I got here around 7:15am, and they had some big free samples of chocolate croissants. WINNING! I got the Ethos water for 2 bucks, but it stinks that they sold bottled water in plastic bottles. Being in SF, maybe they can figure out how to reduce their use of plastics? Nonetheless, they do compost a lot of their other waste. The wifi here is on point, too. Staff is friendly.

Wow! This staff is amazing. They not only care about your drink but they get to know you. It’s not just about getting your caffeine fix, it’s about building relationships. Chris and Caleb work so hard and love their job. It’s always a pleasure to visit them.
Their drink crafting skills are just as important, they always make my drink customized how I like it without any push back. Of all the Starbucks in a 10 block radius (or world) I choose this one every time! Go in enough and they’ll have your «regular» memorized and ready by the time you get to the register. Check it out for yourself!

When I was having a slightly rough time at my old job, this particular Starbucks got me to work in the morning. The super friendly staff and familiar smiley faces got my day started in just the right way.
They would always remember my crazy orders like «caramel drizzle» on top of coffee’s to fulfill my sweet tooth… ooh, it’s been a while, I might have to get that at the Starbucks that is near my new office (and great job!) in Mill Valley…

Little C. here :) Whoa I’m flying high– some might say it’s the unlimited dose of caffeine for this week, partly true, but mainly I’m just super excited. This took serious dedication and was no walk in Washington Sq Park! My hardcore love of 505 Sansome is officially recognized and being celebrated… yay!
In order to accomplish this awesome feat, I turned my back on my BFF, Oprah! Coerced by Suzy Orman, O had the nerve to suggest a Debt Diet Latte Factor®. OMG! Quit my Cinnamon Dolce Latte & my SBux friends? AS IF! Suzy is clearly a latte-​loather.
So back to my friends… to most people they are «Barista’s», but this crew is more like my 2^nd family. Rod, Spring, Mika, Bode, & «Red» are awesome; I’ve even met Richard, the District Manager, and he gave me a coffee on the house! Saving the very BEST for last are CHRIS & STEVE! They do lattes better than anyone :)
