We purchased a flat in NOPA in July 2011 on which Ryan had overseen the complete renovation of the 2-​unit property. Ryan and his design partner did a fantastic job making sure that the integrity of the historic details were kept and improved, while providing a complete overhaul of the buildings’ systems. The work included extensive structural modifications and complete room, kitchen and bathroom replacements. He takes pride in his work and used many many green building techniques in the renovation, including rainwater collection, low-​impact irrigation, high-​efficiency furnaces, and on-​demand hot water. The original floors and walls were restored beautifully and he has supported his work admirably. I would highly recommend Ryan as a contractor for any challenging project.

I’ve been in the real estate brokerage business in SF for over 10 years, knowing Ryan since 2003. He has always provided excellent service to my clients, providing honest and straight forward assessment of individual properties, renters and much more. He is also an experienced contractor and has done some very solid work including foundations, kitchen and bath renovations, you name it. He is very detail oriented and approaches property management from an owners perspective. He is great to have on your team regarding apartment buildings ownership, for advice on to how to help maximize returns. Also, his renters really like working with him and it shows.
