I was given a ring from Tiffany a gift, and when I took it back to Tiffany to be cleaned, they not only did a crappy job, and it took forever, they were less than helpful. They told me it had to be sent to NYC, and they were going to charge me $ 50 if I wanted it done properly, and it was going to take another 2 weeks. The ring had already been there for over a week. They never called me to tell me it was done.
I took it to Steven’s Manufacturing, he cleaned it while I waited, explained the process, and it looked as good as it did when I first got it. 10 minutes with Steven and it was beautiful! 1.5 weeks at the Tiffany store and it looked worse than when I took it in.
He really knows his craft.

Steven was very knowledgeable and trustworthy in the area of jewelry and metals. After trying to sell some of my old jewelry, I shopped around and Steven’s shop made me feel the most comfortable and gave me the best price. I recommended him to my best friend and she also had a great experience there. Highly recommend if you have any jewelry you want to turn into cash.
