Structural Energywork

There are certainly no accidents in life and PJ came into my life at just the right moment. PJ possesses a healer’s warm energy and this in addition to a large wattage smile were initial big plus-​es. His unerring instincts as to how deeply the work could go were a means for him to determine and monitor the extent and depth of focused energy work my body was ready for. Bring it on! I was ready for work and PJ matched my own focus and readiness and I am in gratitude. I am a Spiritual person, as opposed to religious, and there was an element of that for me, as well. This aspect had a strong impact on me. Awesome. Just do it.

I had two 3 hour sessions with PJ and I am really enjoying working with him. Structural energy work is a good name for the techniques PJ uses because it does require some work on your part. To get real release you have to let go of holding muscle and emotion. PJ said «You can’t move energy without moving muscle and you cant move muscle without moving emotion».
This is not massage. He works the energy lines in your body in a very methodical way. At times times it felt painful for me and undifferentiated emotion came up as well. PJ is very gentle, reassuring and reverent. The entire experience felt really blissful.
I came to him because he came highly recommended to me and because I was experiencing pain in various parts of my spine, hip, knee and shoulder. The pain seemed to move around. My body aches and pains began to subside, especially after the second session.
PJ also recommended stretches to do as maintenance and suggested that I would save money by doing them in between sessions with him which would enable him to go deeper next time. I really appreciated that. He also pointed out that it is really important to maintain what he helps you bring into alignment.
