Dr. Fracisco was one of the worst doctors I have ever experienced interacting with, I do not understand how she is considered fit to be a doctor, let alone a psychiatrist. Every appointment I had with her was extremely stressful and she made me consider leaving Kaiser. I found her extremely unprofessional and at times genuinely mean spirited. One example of this is that I came to an appointment 5 minutes late during a period when I was not feeling very well. It took me great effort to come in(due to work). She came out and immediately said«I can’t take you today, you’re late». I don’t think being 5 minutes late really has merit in canceling an hour long appointment. After making this clear she still refused. I could almost handle this, except that for our next appointment she was 15 minutes late. She was so bizarrely rude and cold each time, I can’t stress that enough. She made no effort to listen to my concerns in every appointment and in fact would speak over me constantly. If I did not agree with everything she said she would tell me she could not help me at all and asked what I even wanted from her. Perhaps this sort of care works for some people, but personally I hated every second of it. Luckily I was able to switch doctors. It seems like my experience greatly mirrored the other review on this page.

Normally, we receive very-good-to-excellent care at Kaiser. We’ve been members for many years, and we like our doctors and also Kaiser’s emphasis on preventative care. However, last week, Kaiser did not live up to its promise of «Thrive,» nor was their former tagline, «Good People. Good Medicine» in any way applicable. In fact, anything but. The person responsible for this blot on Kaiser’s reputation is Susan Fracisco. This woman’s irresponsibility, poor judgement, negligence, mismanagement, and lack of care for my husband put his health in jeopardy, and we are now dealing with the aftermath of a condition that could have been prevented, if not greatly minimized. All I can say is that she shouldn’t be in a position to deal with anyone in crisis as she caused undue harm and stress. Had he not had a partner or someone to intervene, I shudder to think what might have happened. Please don’t put yourself or your loved ones at risk with this woman. Needless to say, my husband has changed doctors, but the fall-out from Susan Denise Fracisco’s negligence has significantly changed our lives. He is ill, and it will be many months until he is back to normal. She turned her back on my husband, effecting his health, his job and all aspects of our life, which is now indefinitely on hold while he struggles to get better. There are no words to illustrate how heart-breaking and devastating this ordeal is. To anyone who is looking for a doctor: Please be diligent in your research before you choose. Even after you’ve chosen and you’ve met with your doctor, if it doesn’t feel right or if it’s not a good match, make a change. We normally choose our Kaiser doctors very carefully based on referrals from friends and also from the doctors’ online profiles which include information such as education, experience, and areas of expertise /specialization. While this doesn’t guarantee a good fit, often it’s a good predictor, and till now, we’ve been happy with the results. But in this case, my husband’s regular physician went on maternity leave, and he was assigned to Susan Denise Fracisco in the interim — an assignment that we will bitterly regret for the rest of our lives. Kaiser did a very good job of trying to rectify the situation in a caring, responsible and professional manner. The head of the department and the ER doctors were magnificent. Our deepest thanks to those who helped in the wake of Susan Denise Fracisco.
