It is nice to see so many people love and appreciate Terese’s overall approach to massage. She is an amazing healer and to do that you have to be able to really listen to people and not just treat their symptoms. Her space is inviting, clean and welcoming. I really enjoyed how she starts off her session with a warm foot bath while listening to what is going on in your life and your body to understand where to concentrate her energies during your massage. She has traveled all over and studied many different forms of massage and healing that is evident in helping you find release and comfort. She’s amazing and I would highly recommend introducing her into your life.

Hands down the BEST masseuse I have ever been to and I’ve been to my fair share. I feel like she has ESP of the body and knows exactly what part of my body to focus on, even more so than I do. I don’t know how she does it but she is AMAZING. I always walk out of there blissed out and wanting more.

Look no farther~ if you are lucky enough to be here on Unilocal,looking at Terese, then seriously deep healing is in your future! Terese is AMAZING! By FAR, the best body worker I have ever seen. She completely healed a neck/​shoulder injury that I had suffered with for some time, and gave me many emotional insights and healing in that capacity as well. I highly recommend her, am so grateful for her powers and will continue to see her as long as I am in the bay area. Thanks Terese!

The first few times, I was thrown off by Terese’s intuition: she tunes in not just to your body, but also your mood and feelings. She adjusts her massage accordingly. The sessions start with tea and a foot bath. Do not expect a set routine where so many minutes are spent on your right arm or left leg each time. Terese’s magic fingers hone in on what areas need help, and she will focus on those as much as needed. And somehow, without being intrusive or talking more than you want, Terese emanates care for you as a whole person. I always leave feeling healthier and happier, both body and soul.
The drawback? You get spoiled by her, and that’s great if you can go to her regularly — but if you can’t (due to moving, travel, or scheduling), you’ll always be aware of what you’re missing. Now I am dissatisfied with all other massage therapists because they aren’t Terese. It’s like eating Hershey’s once you’ve tasted Recchiuti.

I’ve been getting massages for 15 years, and Terese is by far the best bodyworker I’ve found. She’s knowledgeable, sensitive, strong and peaceful. Her work always leaves me feeling healed in multiple ways, and her ability to diagnose and treat assorted pains and injuries has spared me many trips to the orthopedist. Terese is a real treasure.

Terese understands the mind-​body connection better than any other massage therapist I’ve been to. And she attends to both throughout her work. As soon as I walk through the door, my mind and body start to feel better, and that’s a huge value. Thank you, Terese!

I also have to agree with Lisa A’s review. I’ve been to many massage therapists over the years, and Terese is by far the best. Her vast experience and training is just the groundwork for a truly intuitive and healing method of massage. She has fixed things on me that doctors said could only be fixed by surgery or cortisone shots. Regular massage with her has helped me avoid those invasive and undesirable options. Plus she’s a really cool person and fun to talk to during massage (though she’s happy to have a quiet massage if that’s what you prefer). I would recommend her to anyone.

100% agreement with Lisa A.‘s review. I used to be afraid to tell people about Terese because she’s so wonderful I worried I wouldn’t be able to get an appointment. But since she promised to always squeeze me in, I am telling you: do yourself a BIG favor and see Terese.

Terese is simply the best bodyworker anywhere. Everyone I’ve sent to her says the same. The only downside: It is impossible to have a massage from anyone else after having a massage from Terese. She is intuitive, experienced, and all-​around awesome. She is trained in far more than just massage and incorporates her knowledge of Chinese medicine, etc. into each treatment. Even if you don’t tell her anything about what’s going on in your body, she can tell and sets to helping with it. I think she got sprinkled with magic dust somewhere along the way. Thankfully, she’s willing to share some of her magic with her clients :-D
