My experience is with David Pyle, not Terry Croly, but I endorse this Cruise booking agency wholly! David is knowledgeable, patient, fun to work with, and gives you the real dirt on each of the different cruises available, something you can’t really get by ordering on a website like Orbitz. Also, apparently he’s been on a zillion cruises, because he can talk with personal knowledge about individual ships, which I found really impressive! And if you let him know about your pet peeves or specific needs, he’ll be really honest with you about what probably will or won’t work for you, which is really cool.
Best of all, he’s pretty aware of accessibility issues, so if you require a WHEELCHAIR or mobility scooter (as I do), it’s such a HUGE relief to be able to ask questions from someone who actually has been on that boat and can give you a real answer!
I look forward to booking any and all future cruises with David Pyle of CruiseOne!
