STAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACE! First of all it’s filthy. Double load washing machine worked fine, problem started when I started to use the dryer. I used two dryer, went for a coffee and breakfast came back and one of the dryers didnt work all my clothes were wet… ok. Put all my clothes to another one and the first 20 minutes the dryer didnt heat up! I tried to find the number of the manager to call and tell him that I put like 6 dollar in the machine and it’s not even working but the only number you can call is a locksmith number. So I called that. Very arrogant woman, she is telling me that she has nothing to do with the laundryomat but she knows the the owner but she dont know the number. And btw I can’t complain because it’s an anettended laundromat so thats it! My fiancé called a woman again and the minute he was telling why he is calling her, she hangup on him. This place is ridiculous and I will file a complain! I understand its unnetended but for God sake keep maintaining the machines from the money you stolen from people like me!

The only good thing to say about The Clothes Line is that it’s better than the venue simply called«Laundromat» one block to the east. At «Laundromat», the premises is filthy, half the machines non-functioning, and the laundry baskets are rusted out. The Clothes Line is filthy, many of the machines don’t work(during my visit this morning one gent complained that a dryer had robbed him of $ 2 and provided no hot air, I gave another some laundry soap as he couldn’t make either soap vending machine work), and did I mention it’s dirty?

I would give less stars if I could. This place is dirty, the machines are always broken, and now I’ve had one of their machines take $ 7.75 from me. There is no attendant or number to call for help. I will never go back even though it’s the closest one to me.

i’ve literally flipped a shit and for the first time in my life have vandalized a piece of equipment that was not mine. i must have thee worst temper today, cuz i’m usually apathetic when it comes to laundry antics. but i am fucking pissed. ALL of the freakin’ washers were full of clothes, first of all(ok, maybe here i’m partially blaming the laundromat for the slow people who let their loads sit there all day), so i just went to the other side to use the double washers and they raised the prices :(fine, but then one of them didn’t even work after i put $ 4.50 in it! i found ONE empty regular washer and shoved a double load in it so they probably won’t even get washed cuz those machines are weak anyway. so i spent $ 16.75 to do 3 loads! one double washer was $ 6. ok, i cool off for the 30 minutes it takes to wash. i go back, and i need more quarters to dry. the machines that take $ 20 bills kept spitting my fives out. there weren’t enough quarters in either of the THREE change machines. so i ask it calmly, please mr. change maker, can i get change for one dollar please? no. ONEFUCKINGDOLLARPLEEEASE! no. i go back to my apartment, turn the couch over, go through every purse in sight and find $ 2.50. not enough but i’ll start with that. i find ONE empty dryer. i transfer 3 huge loads of loose clothing and lots of pairs of wet undapant across the laundromat into the dryer. it eats 50 cents and doesn’t start. i cried but not before i kicked the living shit out of it! oh wait, it’s NOT living, it’s dead and broken and rich off of my 50 cents. i came home to write this review with a load of soaking wet unmentionables still sitting in a broken dryer.
