Awesome, awesome building. I have lived here for almost 3 years now and have loved every minute. Service is impeccable with doormen, maintenance and a building manager around pretty much 24⁄7. Parking in the building and the doormen will park guests’ cars. Building is basically sound proof concrete so one never hears a peep from one’s neighbors.
Lastly, everyone is incredibly nice both in terms of the staff and the neighbors. It makes it a great community to be a part of, and this community aspect is remarkably integrated into the Co-Op’s structure.
In summary, if you’re thinking of potentially moving in, don’t hesitate for a second!
