Michael is a great attorney. We had a few before and know the difference and what strikes us the most he truly cared for us as his clients. All attorneys are working to make money — same as the rest of us but I didn’t see $$$ sign in HIS eyes.
Pros: (in order of importance to us)
Strong logical thinking skills and great tactic techniques
Reasonable expectations
As needed can be soft spoken and smooth or really tough and stand his grounds
Easy to reach (will answer your desperate :)) e-​mails even after hours) — just be reasonable and don’t take advantage of it.
Reasonable fees and No overcharging
Very very easy parking at his office in Daly City :))
Cons:
Free chocolates and cookies at the front desk (pace yourself at the time of stress).
It was our first dealing with Michael and his firm. It is our sincere hope that we will not need Michael’s services in the nearest future but if we hit the run of bad luck again Michael is our first choice.
