The worst café ever ! Go there if you have all the time in the world! They were 3 people working there and only 5 customers and it took 20 minutes for ordering a coffee!

A tiny family-run shop. They are really friendly and always smiling! I had the sausage English muffin and it was hot, fresh, and delicious.

Unilocalers beware, they serve Costco bagels. Usually I’m not too good for Kirklands finest, but we opted out.

The people here are lovely, and the food is reliably tasty. My most-frequented breakfast place in the neighborhood.

This place is amazing. Its a morning routine for me at this point! Breakfast burrito add avocado and a iced coffee. This place never fails to impress with their fresh ingredients. Not to mention the two owners(sisters) are the nicest people around. Definitely start your day right at Morning Fix.

We visited Morning Fix today based on the high reviews and left totally perplexed! We ordered one of their bagel sandwiches and we were directed to choose what type of bagel from the case. The bagels were in their Costco bags. The rest of the ingredients were of similar quality. Our daughter refused to eat her gritty pancakes and bacon. The bacon was really weird — paper thin and floppy– likely frozen and microwaved. It was all manufactured, reheated, gross, and disappointing.

The place is a hidden gem. I went there to quench my thirst and energise for the day. The interior looks a bit shabby. There are three small tables that fit max two people and the window bar table for three another people so forget bringing your whole party here. However fear not. Staying here wasn’t a waste of time at all. I got a really delicious California Bagel. I chose a cheese crust and it was simply amazing. The crust was just perfect not too dry not too hard. Avocado and veggies inside did a trick as well. Super soft and really good quality ingredients. The berry and banana smoothie also didn’t disappoint. Well done! I managed to have a nice conversation with an Indonesian guy that sat next to me. So cool, so un-British :) One interesting point to note is that this venue still offers Internet café service. It’s 2015 but in this respect time seemed to stop here. Each to their own but the place clearly deserves 4 stars!

An oasis of simple, affordable, good breakfast food with quick service amidst a sea of expensive, bougie brunch bistros. It’s not going to be there best coffee or breakfast you have, but you’ll get the best bang for your buck.

It’s great for a spontaneous breakfast. Their breakfast sandwiches are awesome. Highly suggest. Super nice people, super chill, definitely coming back.

Went here for breakfast before heading to the airport to head back to Boston. I was looking forward to a great breakfast after reading through all the reviews – only to be disappointed when I showed up and noticed that they basically sell Costco merchandise(bagels, croissants, muffins, etc.). That being said, my croissant breakfast sandwich was decent, but nothing special and was a bit small for the price. Overall, it took about 10 minutes for the sandwich to come out and the line for ordering was pretty slow as well.

We were pressed for time in order to get me back to the airport, so standing in line at a place for breakfast was not an option on Sunday morning. My friend had heard of The Morning Fix, so we headed over. No wait! The lady who was working was really nice. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches, I had a bagel sandwich and my friend had a croissant sandwich, plus I got a small white mocha. $ 13! Unheard of for breakfast in San Francisco! We took our food back to her apartment and it was delicious. Mine was a cheese bagel with egg, cheese, and bacon. LOVEDIT. My white mocha was very good. Wish this place was near my house so I could grab breakfast here!

This place is a little hidden gem. Really cheap, delicious bagel sandwiches with millions of kinds… There are actually only 3. bagel options(everything, plain, and cheese– and they use Einstein) but with the number of different toppings and such, this is no big deal. They do have wifi, but it’s pay by the hour, in case you’re really in a bind. The lady at the front was very smiley and super friendly which is always refreshing in a big city. I got the salmon lox bagel and it was bomb.

There’s a lot going on in this little micro-café space. First of all it’s jam packed with three tables and stools at the counter, in front of the window to the street. There’s also an ATM machine and two Internet access terminals set up for you to pay-by-the-minute, 1990s style. But the real story here is their quick breakfast option. A $ 4.15 breakfast bagel or english muffin offers incredible value when loaded up with your choice of sausage, bacon, ham or turkey and egg and lots of melted cheese on your choice of dough-based goodness. It’s not like it tastes incredible or anything — I’d say it’s slightly above average. But at this price, it’s a can’t miss choice! And the time from order to delivery is almost lightning quick, at least as fast as your lame azz old McDonald’s can offer.

Service a little slow, went at 11:30am, only 2 women in the back for cooking and working the register, but the were trying their best to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. Food wise, excellent. We had the bagel sandwich and breakfast burrito. Meats were good quality, not the cheap kind, and the eggs were made fresh, not from the carton. I recommend.

If you’re into no bs, fresh ingredient breakfast places you’re gonna love this joint. We had two bagels, all in. You could taste the freshness of the ingredients and they were served in no time. It’s a whole in the wall but perfect for a quick, yummy breakfast before venturing off to SF.

This place is a bit pricey(close to $ 5 for a breakfast sandwich) and it’s kind of annoying that they charge a decent amount extra to get it on a croissant, but the food is really good. The iced mocha is also the bomb and the ladies that work here are really sweet.

I went to this place because I was mislead by the reviews. I wouldn’t consider this place a café. More like tiny convenience shop that also brews coffee. The food was VERY mediocre. I tried their breakfast bagel sandwich and their salad. The service was sweet and polite. But the place itself is very small with sold wi-fi(really?) and the food is just not worth going there again. Sorry.

A sweet little café right around the corner from my neighborhood. I swung by on a Saturday morning after a late night out, looking for a quick bite to eat and wow, was I happy to stumble in on this overlooked gem! As many reviewers have mentioned before me, the bagel sandwiches are wonderful here. I ordered the Breakfast Bagel Sandwich, which came with eggs & bacon(and a bit of cheese, I believe?). Either way, it was THE perfect start to my morning. Plus, I got my order within 5 minutes(how crazy is that?). I DEFINITELY see myself coming here more often– and I’m really excited to try out more of their yummy breakfast items! Will update soon :)

Yes!!! Friendly welcoming service, simple but yet good breakfast. What you get here is not overthought, it’s homemade tasting and easily a great spot for a breakfast sandwich either on a bagel or English muffin! The breakfast sandwich with cream cheese egg and bacon on an everything bagel was perfect! The service is like going to a family members house, you’ll feel more than welcomed!

I love this place for many reasons but the main reason — they are right next door to my apartment! A short walk away, helpful on those dreadful weekend mornings after a night out. Note: it gets very busy around 10 – 11 on weekends. When folks start waking up. I came here on New Year’s Day morning and waited an hour! First of all, the ladies that work there are sweethearts! Always smiling and friendly. I always order the lox bagel on an everything bagel with no onions — it is addicting. One weekend, I had it every morning. I recently tried their chicken wrap, I will order this again! The iced coffee is good and the self service coffee is awesome, hard to mess up. They have a couple of tables outside and about 4 inside. They also have an ATM and 2 computers that you can use. Random but nice!
