Sifu Mao’s Tai Chi has the only truly balanced Tai Chi forms that I have ever come across. These forms are a true expression of the Yin/Yang principals and they equally use both sides of the body(and brain), to bring one into both physical and mental balance. Sifu Mao teaches Balanced versions of Yang, Chen, and Wu style Tai Chi Chuan. Yang means right side and Yin means left side. Sifu Mao’s Tai Chi sword forms are the only ones which require players to switch sword hands after several one sided movements, providing even more benefits to the body and brain. Sifu Mao’s light-hearted approach to teaching makes learning these forms fun, and he genuinely cares about his students success. Sifu Mao’s way of teaching makes Tai Chi easy to learn.
