With the free wifi and option to buy coffee this is an ideal place to do my laundry. I like the music they play, and drying my clothes is super cheep. I love the owners, who are from Boston so they have that Boston flair that i adore. I come here even when i just want a cup of coffee even though i have places closer to me. There open late enogh and super nice.

We are vacationing in San Francisco and my husband didn’t pack enough clothes. I Unilocaled laundromats in the area because I wasn’t about to pay Hilton $ 10 per laundered item. I found this place a few blocks away, in the Tenderloin district so we made our way there. Interesting concept… with a bar/café…the guy running the place was a character… and he was playing 70 – 80’s rock music… and cooking up paninis and bagel sandwiches in his little cooking area. It was clean enough, washers are high efficiency for 3 bucks and his dryers dried our clothes for 50 cents. Not bad for San Francisco. He also let’s the homeless wash and leave their clothes there which is pretty nice. We ordered a couple of sandwiches on our way out and enjoyed our time there. Win win win in my book and quite a memory!

They need to make up their minds what business they’re in. Two-thirds of the space is taken up by the café, mostly given over to the«bar» which is way too big for the space. The actual laundromat is in the remaining third, and half of _that_is taken up by their bike-rental operation, with about two dozen bikes and parts for another five or so piled up everywhere, even on top of the machines! People there to actually do their laundry have to squeeze around racks of bikes and frames propped up on benches for repair, placing their things wherever they can find a place. It looks like a goddamn refugee camp.

The staff is helpful and welcoming. The dryers work very well. There was one washer that kept rinsing for over 30 minutes and it was fixed quickly with no other problems afterwards. This actually beats my building washer and dryer in which I’m charged to the card $ 8 although the price of washing is about $ 3 and drying is $ 2.50. They say I’ll get my $ 5 dollars back from washing but I had to request my money back by email. I got it back but who wants to go through that every time? lol So yeah this café and laundromat is the stop if you live near by and want to get in and out without overpaying.

This place is great. I commute an extra 5 blocks every time I do my laundry just to go here. The owners are super chill. The wifi is fast. the machines are very affordable.

I like the guy with the dark curly hair, the 70’s music, the kick ass dryers, and the newly remodeled front café. I just cant handle sweating so much while I’m folding my clothes. No air flow in the back. Otherwise, this place has the potential to become a very popular and cool place to go kick it and wash your clothes!

Come here every Sunday morning to do my laundry while taking care of some emails/work. There are other laundromats closer to me, but I prefer to go here for several reasons: 1. WiFi 2. Coffee 3. Environment — owners are super chill and down to earth. Might come off as brusque to some people, but they’re good guys.

Owners Paul & Jimmy are pretty awesome, in the mist of renovation so still working on menu. Plus i here they’ll soon be serving cocktails! Chill place to relax, meet people, grab a coffee or pastry & do your laundry. #Genuis

Originally I was going to give this café the benefit of the doubt, since they are new and still working out the kinks. After asking for a glass of water and being ridiculed, I’m not going to hold back. The coffee is good and the laundromat seems convenient. However, this is not a café that one should go to enjoy the ambiance or friendly customer service. They are in the middle of a renovation to be fair, but the constant noise of the flat screen tv does nothing to make the place more cozy. The manager who works during the day was argumentative when I ordered a bagel and coffee from him. «What do you want?» he asked with incredulity. After picking it up from him, he proceeded to cough all over himself. Later when I went up to ask for a water, he stared at me for a couple beats then said«You want some water? You don’t want that water. We have bottled water.» I asked him if there was something wrong with his pipes. He said, «No but you don’t want that water. I don’t even drink it myself.» Then I said that maybe I should go somewhere else because if it’s bad water then that’s a problem for a number of reasons(ie making coffee??). He finally conceded and gave me a glass of water, but then said that they can’t just be giving away water for free.(Never mind that I was a paying customer and offered him money for the cup.) I mentioned that a lot of cafes in the area have pitchers of water available to customers to which he responded, «This isn’t McDonalds!» And that’s how we left it. I would only recommend this place for coffee to go since they serve Bicycle Coffee and there is one other guy, maybe the owner, who is nice. – Sarah Thibault

This laundry is now under new management, and the difference is night and day! They have premium Electrolux dryers. Every single one works perfectly. They’re super hot, too! They have every washer of every size. Reasonably priced. The front section is quickly becoming some sort of a bar, so that’s very exciting to see.
