We hired Tony when Me and my wife was looking for an investment property last year. We went through a couple of realtors before we hired Tony. He was very energetic in looking for properties and always responded to our questions in a very timely matter. Our first month together we made offers on 3 different properties. During this process he always gave us his input on the comps and what he thought we should counter/offer at. I was also very impressed when he would inform us of each step or phase of our transaction. Finally 1.5 months in, we closed on two properties.
