Tower Two at One Rincon Hill

We haven’t even moved in yet but I wanted to speak to the excellent service and care we have received at the hands of Clinton.
We came upon this place by chance, after weeks of searching, even finding a place and submitting the application for it to fall through this was the very last place we went to visit and quite honestly, we didn’t know what to expect other than it likely being way out of our price range.
We called Saturday afternoon and Clinton told us to come by at 4pm. Even as we stood in the lobby waiting for Clinton to greet us, we were still unsure what we were even doing there but that was about to change. Clinton asked us what we were looking for, our budget and took us immediately to a brand new unit (most units have never been lived in) huge pro for us, we love the draw of a brand new place. We were a little disappointed by the carpet in the living area and asked if there were any hardwood options. Clinton knows exactly what is in the inventory and took us to see a different floor plan with hardwood floors and I guess he could tell we weren’t blown away, so he asked how we felt about construction. He played a lucky hand because as it turns out, we don’t care given that we are in the South Bay all day with work and the noise is a 9 – 5 deal. We walked into this unit, hardwood and all and well, we liked it… and then we walked out on to the balcony with a full on view of the construction AND THE BAY BRIDGE, WOW!!!
From there we went to check out the amenities, grills, pool, gym. All very nice but he saved the best for last. We took a trip up to the 49^th floor to the residents lounge which is furnished beautifully, pool table, full kitchen, fire place and two balconies with panoramic views of the bay. The icing on the cake!
You know how this goes, next we get to talk numbers. «Would you like something to drink… I have champagne.» SOLD! That last little detail that we hadn’t been offered once at the countless other places we had viewed in the city pushed us to decide to submit out application there and then.
Since then the correspondence regarding recommended movers, storage units, square footage of the apartment (which Clinton went and measured EVERY SINGLE WALL in the unit and market it on a floor plan to send to us!). I truly can’t want to move in the this place and would highly recommend it to anybody.
