I’ve left two email regarding parts I need in the last 7 days. Very poor customer service right now, not sure what their deal is?

Treats is the best! Seriously, I ask them so many dumb questions about mopeds and they always take the time to answer. And they ship ridiculously fast… I’m all the way in New York and I get parts in like three days.

I feel so lucky to have TREATS in my city! I am new to mopeding and if it wasn’t for these guys, I’d be totally lost!

if you have a moped and somehow dont know about this place, you better step your game up. i build mopeds as a buisness. This place is vital to my existance. They are extremely helpful and awesome. This is the only place you need.

Pointless of me to write a review, but I have to chime in and say that these guys are the best! Mysteriously, my treats always arrive to the east coast within 2 – 3 days of ordering with ground shipping. Love it.

Has everything for your moped to make it zoom!

–They’re cool… their website showcases this as it’s designed well, it’s easy to navigate and it’s funny. They allow customers to give product reviews and I find that to be really helpful.
–They help you problem solve even the dumbest of issues (I’m new to mopeds and have embarrassing questions)
–They’re helpful (god forbid but hey, good service is hard to find)
If you have time to go in to the shop, you should. These guys are super friendly. Benji is rad.
It’s just a random warehouse (no frills) but if you have a moped and can make it out there, you should. (call first, hours aren’t always set in stone and since they mostly fulfill web orders, they might be busy)
They ship your order out quickly and I’ve heard that sometimes they even send you random treats.

but for real though. if you have a moped, you probably already know about this establishment, and for good reason. their online store is a seemingly infinite digital cornucopia of parts for your beloved lil’ putt-​putt at reasonable to great prices.
but where the minds behind treats really shine is in the customer service and shipping department. benji has answered every question i’ve ever had via e-​mail within 2 hours. willie helped me out with a smile on his face when i went into the warehouse to get a new piston. priority shipping took 2 days: ordered some goodies monday before 1p, shipped the same day. had a brown box with my name on it outside my door on wednesday morning. boom bang bap. A+. gold star.
TL;DR: buy a moped off craigslist. fix it up in a jiffy with impeccable service from treats. rip. everywhere. the end

located in a warehouse and not really a store but go ahead and just walk on in. I recommend checking on their website to see what they have and what you might need because their stuff are all in boxes on shelves. You wouldn’t be able to find things without their help.
I went with my dad for a new throttle cable and was quickly helped by Willie (?). He was super friendly and helpful. I’m pretty much a moped newb so i had to ask tons of questions and he answered all of them. We got to talking about kitting my engine and they were really helpful about giving me steps on what to get and how to do it. I definitely will be back to buy parts to kit my engine.

TREATS. TREAT LAND. THE AITCH QUEUE. The one the only. One of two major places to get your moped on in the U-​S-​A. This is basically a small warehouse space with some computers and a bunch of shelves loaded with moped parts. It’s not really built as a storefront, to be honest, but if you need some hand-​holding or just want to browse for stuff, they are there for you. Want questions asked? They got you. Want 3 dozen PHBG carbs? They got you. Want to snag some hobbit mags out of a pile of old wheels? YOU CAN THERE, MAN. I almost did, at least.
