drill: order, pay, cashier writes down name and order, calls name and distributes order when it was ready.
sampling: ordered taco, got tostada
–yeh, seafood and mex food all look alike.
–crab meat fresh, but virtually tasteless. on bed of purple cabbage, greenage with dressing. tostada crunchy, fresh.
–dunguness probably came frozen, not freshly picked.
–fish taco was one piece breaded fish.
–made to order.
