Wash Locker

Add me to the names of people who have never gotten clothes returned. Dropped off feb 9. Maybe the better business bureau can help? Or at least I can report them. And that’s correct. Their number is non-​working. And no response to email. There must be some recourse…
Is anyone else concerned about them having your credit card info?

Like many of the other people rating this company, I too had the misfortune of using wash locker. It’s been over three weeks since they took my items (over $ 600) and I have not heard from them; their phones are disconnected, they are not answering emails, etc. At this point, I have given up and have realized my shirts will not be returned.
Do not use this business, if it’s still even running..

This place took my laundry over a week ago and have not herd anything since. There phone number they posted is a non working number, they have not responded to any of my emails. In all they have over 300 $ worth of my clothes and have no idea if I will get them back. I would highly recommend not using this business.

I too have had many problems with this company being unreliable not returning clothes for a week, returning dry cleaning crumpled, also washed feather pillows that I asked to be dry-​cleaned, and returned them wet! Said they’d give me a discount and they never did.. And now I cannot get my three bags of laundry back that I placed in there a week ago. The locker room is now locked and I cannot get in to retrieve my belongings. They are not answering my emails, and the phone number is no longer in service. I called the security company for this building to try and get in and check the locker to see if my stuff was in there. The security company said they may call me tomorrow! Very frustrated. Do not use Wash Locker! What can be done about this company? How can we get refunds our belongings??? Does anybody know who to approach?

STAY AWAY. DO NOT USE. I used Wash Locker for about six months with great success. Typically, they would pick my clothes about in a day or two and return them in less than a week.
But something has changed. I dropped off my clothes on January 18^th. They were picked up on January 21^st, and I have not heard anything back from Wash Locker. I have tried calling. The phone number is no longer working. They have not responded to repeated emails. NOTHING.
They have had my clothes for over three weeks with no response. I’m guessing they have skipped town and those of us who made the mistake of doing business with them are out of luck.

Wash Locker took my clothes and never returned them. And now they’re not responding to our calls/​emails.
