personal tragedy or no, i had to make it out to this year’s wow expo, and i was not disappointed. the all you can eat buffet was ok, although not great, and frankly, if you were veggie, you would have been disappointed.
i am also not quite sure about their claim of 250 whiskies, although there were quite a few. it felt a lot more like 150. and i showed up late to the cigar and whiskey pairings, m to find there were no more cigars :(
at the end of the night, we were asked to please use the elevators and not the stairs because everyone was so drunk. i think that sounds like a successful evening to me.
