White Harmony Design & Staging

I normally don’t write reviews but I have to Christine and her staff at White Harmony Staging a big THANK YOU for their professionalism.
I needed to sell my house around the inner Richmond district in a hurry due to a job change. My agent suggested that contact a staging company so my home would sell faster. My agent referred me two stagers but their rates were a bit over my budget and I wasn’t too crazy about their designs. I contacted three other companies myself and they either too busy or didn’t respond in a timely manner. A friend recommended White Harmony who staged her home. I called Christine and even though she was really busy, she agreed to come to my property for a quote upon hearing that I was in such a rush. Christine came to my house on time, provided a timely quote as promised and had her team staged my property beautifully at a very competitive price within 3 days. My home sold above asking within 1 week of being listed with White Harmony’s staging. I could not be happier with this staging harmony. ;))

I recently had my relative’s home in the Richmond staged by Christine of White Harmony Staging. Before she came on board, my home was on the market for a month without a buyer. After she staged, I got 5 offers! She has such a great sense of style. She knew how to reorganize the space and even chose the right colors for me. She was able to pick out pieces for living room that dramatically made place look bigger, and more spacious. Was a pleasure to work with her!

I went to an open house staged by white harmony staging company. It was perfectly done. A great touch of beauty and elegance. If I am selling a house, I will definitely consider to hire them.

She was rather easy to communicate with — she REALLY listened, which is the most important trait I seek when I work with someone. I explained to her in the very first meeting about what I expected both financially as well as aesthetically. She not only gave constructive and professional advices based on my needs, she also executed them well and ON SCHEDULE.
I was a little skeptical at the beginning to find a staging company since I work in creative field, apparently I was totally wrong. The outcome and sold price would have been completely different if I had done it myself. I cannot be happier that I found and worked with White Harmony, it was well worth it! I had the pleasure of working with White Harmony recently. They did the staging for my property and they did such a wonderful job! Everything just fell together perfectly! I thought everything looked fantastic! I had a couple different stagers come out to do estimates and we just really «clicked» with WH like with nobody else.
WH really knew how to make the place come alive. The selling price of our property turned our higher than what we had expected! Very reasonable prices as well, we all know how important that is haha! I think it’s definitely a bargain for the services they provide. I think it’s definitely a GREAT investment and something everyone should consider when it comes to selling their property. I love the artwork that the White Harmony artist personally creates. Everyone was very professional and at the same time easy going, just a pleasure to work with, PERIOD. The team is efficient and really delivered that WOW factor.
