We were very satisfied with the work done by Mark and his associates. Very professional, responsible and reliable service. The whole process was easy and painless. We were offered different options, were not felt pressured. The job was done on time as promised. The communication was great. First we replaced 8 windows and later an entrance door was replaced as well.
We would use the company again should we need to replace the rest of the windows in the house.

After just happened storm we realized that we needed a quick window replacement on a few windows in our apartment. This storm was a nightmare for us but Window Replacement guys were there right away when we needed their help.

We are doing a large number of renovation projects in San Francisco therefore I know that window replacement can be a tough task. We just completed a large project on Liberty street in San Francisco where we replaced about 30 existing windows with new Milgard double hung windows all in fiberglass with custom-​painted exterior. The house looks fantastic and we did not have any problems passing the final inspection. Mark did a great job taking the right measurements! All the windows went in without problems we did not have to do any repairs to the exterior trim at all — just minor paint touch ups that were expected. Right now they are helping us to replace all the windows in a large building on 2820 Broadway. Mark was able to find a great product that has outstanding design that matches existing windows. It took them less than 2 weeks to replace all 44 windows! Two months ago they helped us with Nanawall installation in San Rafael — folding glass doors 20 feet long. I cant say enough good words about these guys!
One thing I know — we are going to use them on our next window installation!

I expected window replacement as a nightmare. We live in an older home and our home’s windows are at least 10 years old. Our windows leak during rainfall and of course have poor energy efficiency.

Well, what should I say, everything was just smoothly from the very beginning to the last moment. Estimate was done professionally, the price was acceptable, guys were looked reliable and knowledgeable, the job was done fast and hassle-​free. I didn’t see such a service for long time. They cleaned everything after the installation and we’ve got nice new windows and great satisfaction. So, nightmare didn’t happen.
