This place is close to my house so I go here alot but the food ok. Sucks thats its now closed :(. I hope something good will come, and open late nights. A must need in this neighborhood.

Wingstops are all the same but the customer service here kind of sucks. Maybe some more uplifting personalities might make this place better.

SO i went to this wing stop for the first time since i was told there was one in the city. I placed my order online two days in advance already paided for when i got there a girl i went to school with work there and greeted me and i told her i was here to pick up my order. she inform me that it was not done and to wait 510 mins. i waited about 15 mins and i had a big order for a work meeting. it was quiet and the ladies where friendly. speed was not on there side but i had a good experience there and food was on point. would come back for some more.

They WILL fuck up your order 70% of the time! At least half of the times I’ve came, there’s been a 30 minute wait because they’ve given my order to someone else. And they’ve given me the wrong order TWICE. Go to the one in Westlake or San Bruno! This one is straight up GHETTO!

First of all, I’m just so happy there’s a Wingstop in my hood! Ok, so it’s true what other reviewers have said, it does take a while to get your wings, even when the place is empty, and the people who work there aren’t always the friendliest, but I don’t freakin care I’m there for my wings not to make friends! Now on to the wings, I have gone to many Wingstops and some of them f*ck up the wings everytime! I’ve had everything from wings that were undercooked to wings that are so drenched in sauce they were disgusting. But at this Wingstop, the wings are always on point! They are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and the seasoning is just right for my liking. Whenever, I’ve gone they read me back my order as I check it to make sure it’s right. I have no complaints, except they could speed it up a bit. I always get a kick when I go there because they have a security guard who doesn’t do sh*t except watch tv… hilarious.

Everyone here was pleasant and attentive and helpful. Food is good too. Not mind blowing — it’s just wings, after all — but good for what it is.

came here on my birthday got a coupon for fresh cut fries. well the fries where freshly cut and fried yesterday probably, seasoning was off, service was nice, flavor of the wings didn’t glow and stand shouting«THISIS WINGStop!!» mainly dead fried this location is near my house but I’ve always gone to the daily city one gave it and shot and bleed all over. kids on their phones, makes me wonder if hes the one making my food. employees need to seriously pull up their pants, that what belts are for!!! but sadly he was wearing a belt which did no good. i didn’t come to wing stop to see some kids underwear in the kitchen were my food is being made on top of that pulling/touching his pants overall this place is a hangout for the employee’s and their friends and their life. they need to retrain this location here some pointers. 1. don’t use your phone 2. wear your outfit 3. don’t bring your social life to work with you. 4. don’t start a relationship at work /go out with other employee’s 5. flavorrr/presentation/freshness pleaseeeee!!! atleast this place was clean and girl who took my order was nice. she said goodbye to a customer who came after me and left before me. when i left i didnt get a goodbye :-(im sad now

Was my first time here at this wingstop and must I say I wont return. Wasnt greeted properly at all. Employees socialize more with the kitchen employees. Restaurant was a mess and I dont think that there was a manager on duty. I mean food prep was exposed and the young lady preping would pick up the phone return to cutting and notwash her hands. Thats disgusting and awful for anyone. Crew member has hair all over the place and needs to be tied back and need to wear a hair net. It was poor environment to be. Employees are not at all professional. This Stop ruined my night asI were having a great one until I came here.

I too was excited when I heard that Wingstop was coming to my neighborhood but, like many of the previous reviewers It’s a complete Shit Show! Although the staff is friendly(for now) they are completely rudderless. Who is the manager? I didn’t see one. The one girl that slightly seemed to be in charge looked to still be a teenager, seriously, WTF!!! They are so unprofessional & unorganized, have they received ANY customer service training?! I’ve been 4x’s & usually call ahead to avoid the wait. I should’ve stuck to my own rule, because yesterday I just walked in & it took them 45mins to prepare 10 fucking wings & they got my order wrong! The place is run by a bunch of incompetents that are there so socialize rather than work. My 2ndHUGE beef w/this Wingstop is that they OVER-COOK their wings! Don’t get me wrong, it’s NOT burnt. Maybe they’re double dipping(Frying twice, in order to save time when things get busy) their chicken. Or maybe they’re cooking it too long at a low temperature, whatever they’re doing it totally desiccates the meat! It’s completely dried out & stringy & practically inedible. I realize no one wants to serve under cooked chicken but, you can cook wings fully & they remain tender & juicy. Wingstop has NOT perfected this technique! I won’t be back, I went 4x’s ’cause food choices are limited around here & I wanted them to work but, after this last trip forget it! On the other hand that’s a good thing ’cause I’m trying to eat better anyway. I’m giving it 2 ‘s only because the kids that work there are polite, even though no one has properly trained them. Also they have the GREATESTCOKEMACHINEEVER! Seriously, it’s Amazing, Raspberry, Cherry, Vanilla & Lime Coke! That goes for almost every flavor Cherry ginger ale, Raspberry Sprite? It has hundreds of flavors. OK, I might pop in for a Cherry Vanilla Coke. Otherwise, I’ll make my own.

I just gotta say the employees here socialize more than they’re suppose to. Not sure if there is a manager present at all. Just wanted to drop by since it just opened and it was nearby. Pretty empty around 4pm, only see a cashier, walk in and he greets me immediately. I order and 5 minute later someone walks in saying he got the wrong order. So 10 minute pass, probably to get the guy’s order corrected, so my order was delayed or something. Waited 25 minutes for 8 wings combo, which included: 8 wings, fries, and a drink(around $ 9 total). 25 minutes… for a simple order, never again. On the positive side, they had peach flavored Fanta, was ayt.

I was super excited to try Wingstop when they opened up in SF! Ordered a 10 piece combo with fries. Didnt check the order before i left and ended up with unflavored fries, 8 wings(instead of 10) that were dry and cold. Never again.

I love wingstop! So I was excited when they opened up one so close to my home. I been there about 5 times and every time it’s a long wait and always something wrong! The workers have poor communication, and I’m so upset on my last order I didn’t check before I left because I ordered Hawaiian flavor and when I got home it was lemon pepper not the flavor I wanted at all. I was soo disappointed and decided next time I’m craving wingstop ill make the drive to daly city instead.

The wings were pretty good. The service was bad. There was a 45 min wait for my wings and the restaurant was not crowded. My assessment — they need some adult supervision in the location. While the staff(age range appeared to be 18 — 23) was pleasant enough they seemed to be doing more socializing than working. People who walked in 15 min after me were served before me with no explanation.

This Wingstop has finally opened. I paid them a visit for lunch today. This location is rather small. I counted only six tables in the restaurant, and they list their maximum capacity at 40. This probably means that their kitchen may be small compared to other locations, which would explain my seemingly longer wait for my order because of large number of orders from customers ahead of me. Still, the serving staff was pretty nice overall. It provides another dining option to this stretch of 3rd Street which has seen three other new restaurants and a Fresh and Easy Supermarket open up during the past year or so. Therefore, I gave them an extra star for being a boost to the neighborhood.

Wings were extremely dry the last two times I have been here and I had to wait over 20 minutes for wings. No thanks.

Actually pretty good wings and the price was very reasonable. I split between the atomic and the lemon pepper — very good. and I like the option of potato salad instead of fries. I will be back.

Wingstop on 3rd Street is now open for business. It’s on a corner location on the ground floor of a pretty recently built mixed-use building. I haven’t been to a lot of other Wingstops but this location seems a little on the small side without a whole lot of seating. Being brand new, the place is clean but I’m sure it’ll get a little greasy after being open awhile considering the type of food that’s served there. I just got some fries which were cut from whole potatoes with skin still attached. For fries, they were cheap like fast food usually is, and they were pretty good. There’s street parking only but it’s not too bad on 3rd or on the side streets. I think they’re open pretty late too, til around 11 or midnight, not sure exactly. I don’t eat fast food much, but it’s good to know there’s more options if the urge suddenly hits me.
