This is the teeth whitening booth by Nordstrom in Stonestown. It didn’t work, neither did my friend’s. 0/​2, save your money.

Both my girlfriend and I tried it last month for $ 90 each. So I’m not sure if it really works but it doesn’t last for sure and the salespersons are shady (keep reading). First we were told that it’s guaranteed for 12 months; they will redo it for free if discoloration happens during the warranty period. So I was a shade # 6 before the whitening and shade #3 after (the asian salesperson told me). Yesterday I went to Stonestown and it was a different salesperson who approached me again (so I played along). He told me I was a shade #6 (again?) and he could get me to shade #2. So I told him if I was really a shade #6, which means first the whitening did not work and second, they should redo the procedure for free. He would not honor the warranty and he said he could redo it for half the price. Obviously I wasn’t going to pay again. When I confronted him about their warranty and why I was back to shade #6 in a month, this moron actually asked if I brushed my teeth that day. So beware. First you will notice that they will not start the procedure until you pay them. Second, they have different salespersons every couple weeks and each one of them sells you different deals and it’s all verbal. It’s a booth and there is no warranty, they should have told you that. For the owner of the booth, trust me, your staff pockets the cash, I’ve seen that many times. They even offer discount for those who pay with cash!

I’m content with my service performed today. I had initially spoke to the owner back in the summer who offered me a discount if I could come in within a month. Well, I eventually got there. To my surprise, I actually received a holiday special discount of $ 69 and paid with my credit card not cash.
My teeth brightened many shades and now I have a little lip, gum, tongue sensitivity that should subside soon. It was an easy and effortless process. We’ll see how many months this will be good for. Bummer for the other reviewer Hawk. I’ll watch out for post follow ups.
