I LOVE the products. Although they are a bit pricey, they do often times offer coupons through FB and have sales throughout the year. That being said, I purchased an AMAZING offer through , $ 20 for $ 50 voucher for . Exciting, right? Well, having never used the website, I ended up placing the order without redeeming my voucher. So, $ 57 was charged to my debit card(right before XMAS no less) which, yes, that was my own fault I get it. But it was a Saturday night, and YESTO is closed on Sundays. When I called on Monday morning, they open at 8 am. I was the third caller in line. I was told it was to take 3 minutes until I would be connected. Then, it went to five minutes. Then it went to eight. Then I was the second caller in line, and it would be five minutes. Then six minutes. Then seven. Add nauseum.(You get the point) Finally when I was connected, after a 27 minute wait, the woman rectified the situation but not without an attitude. She could apply the voucher, after the order was done processing, was delivered, then she could apply it and refund my card the $ 50. Which is super strange, what company cannot cancel/refund and order before its even shipped? Regardless, I hope it all goes well and in the end I get my money back. But what a headache for a simple error. I pray that you don’t mess up and try to fix the problem, because it will not be a simple solution.

Just received my order(ordered 12÷12÷13) in the mail yesterday finally. Box had gone thru the works. Items in the box looked like they had just been thrown in there with no secure packaging material and in a box too big. One of the items leaked all over the place :/

I’m a very big fan of Yes To Carrots, and indeed the whole Yes To line! The quality of the products is apparent with each use, and all together they have improved the health of my skin and the manageability of my hair, all for great prices! I originally tried a few of their products after spotting them at Bed Bath & Beyond, but I’ve gotten on their mailing list and have been ordering through them directly, thanks to Groupon offers and their stellar Cyber Monday sale. Which is what brings me here to review them. For Cyber Monday, YTC sent out an email and posted on Facebook that they would be having a 2 hour sale where every product in their canon would be only $ 2. Which is a miraculous sale anyway, but even better considering my favorite product of theirs, the Yes to Blueberries Intensive Skin Repair Serum, retails for $ 19.95 and is commonly sold out on most store shelves. Predictably, the sale was popular. The YTC staffers though didn’t properly prepare themselves for the DEGREE of popularity, and the site crashed before the sale even started, and needed over 24 hours to recover. I was able to get a phone order in, after a 65 minute wait on hold, and all sale prices were honored. I got at least $ 150 worth of products for $ 30, including shipping. The website failure was of course met with much vitriol all over Facebook. So YTC made it up to everyone, by offering a second chance at the sale, but this time much more regulated with special codes and assigned shopping times. Others were still grumpy but I for one was very impressed with their eagerness to please, and I was able to place another small order with no problems. My favorite YTC products, along with the serum, are the Yes to Carrots Pampering Conditioner and Anti-Frizz Serum, the Yes to Blueberries Healthy Hair Repair Shampoo, the Yes to Grapefruit Daily Facial Scrub and Rejuvenating Body Wash, and the Yes to Cucumbers Sunscreen. All products are natural, and deliver on their beauty promises, and I’m happy to continually support a great local company focused on pleasing their customer and providing a pure product. I most definitely say yes to Yes To!

Ordered on their website 07/17/2013 and never received an email stating that my shipment was sent 7 days later. I call and waited on hold for 15 minutes for them to tell that order had not left the warehouse. I said okay then I need to change the shipping because I’m visiting family in Philadelphia and will be leaving shortly. The order was supposed to reach me within 7 business days. They said sorry we can’t change the address because the payment was already processed. The payment was processed on 07/17/2013, so it’s been a week and my products aren’t even on the way. I requested that they just cancel the order and I’ll reorder when I get back home… Nope can’t do that either… Payment has been processed… You will just have to refuse the shipment which hasn’t even left the warehouse with no estimated time of delivery. I will never order from them again. the products are great but their customer service is terrible, the website is mediocre, and the shipping policy is beyond terrible… Do not use their website to order… you are better off buying it at Target!

This is a great line of products that work, without all the usual chemicals found in other products. I didn’t order mine online… just bought shampoos and conditioners at my local Walgreens. Good for the planet and those with chemical sensitivities too.

Two stars because I haven’t yet gotten the chance to try YESTO’s products so far, unfortunately, so I’ll leave a spare star to wish upon, for now. It has been just about 3 weeks since I’ve placed my order, still, no package! I’m no longer looking forward to even trying their products to be quite honest… have never waited so long for something that I’ve already paid for, spent well over $ 50. Initially, there was the slight let down of one of their products being on «back order», which happened to be one of their most popular Items(Tomato Deep Cleansing Pads) that I’d been looking forward to. Why would such a hugely popular company(I believe fairly new) not have enough In Stock, especially if this is one of your top selling Items!!! They did notify me the day after my order was placed, offering me 10 percent off of my next order… I responded 4 – 5 days later asking about the status of(the rest) of my order — NOREPLY to this question, blatantly ignored It. They’re completely overwhelmed with orders, without much In stock, but still taking the customer’s money and only later, one after the other, notifying them of the Inconveniences that are to come. To think that they only offered me 10 percent off, when there are coupon codes available online for at least 25 percent off! The reps could be much more helpful.
