I think poster Calista is a little confused about the name and location of this restaurant. Yip Yee at 140 Waverly is a dental office. Utopia Café would be across the street from 140 Waverly Place and The Pot Sticker would be next door, but from her reference to the celebrity photos, I am guessing she is referring to Yuet Lee at Stockton and Broadway which, of course, has many reviews.
