Rachel’s a blast. Even guys with two left feet and no coordination(that would be me) can have so much fun, and break a sweat. Feel so good after an hour of zumba.

It was my first Zumba class ever and I will definitely go back because it was SOMUCHFUN! Rachel and all students were very friendly and the room was filled with great energy. Rachel’s choreography is super fun, a mix of powerful and sexy movements. I sweated like a hell but kept smiling all through the class. Bring LOTS of water and a towel!

Rachel Roth exudes grace and SASS when she gets on the dance floor — Not everyone can do that and she does it EVERYTIME! Check out the dancing queen of Studio 204 out THIS Sunday and I promise you will make it your weekly ritual. Rachel is not only friendly and hilarious, she is a professional belly dancer too! And she is ready to whip your tummies into shape :)

This class rocks! The music is fun and high-energy and you have such a good time dancing along that you forget you’re getting an awesome workout. Rachel is a great instructor, very welcoming and encouraging. She’s happy without being so perky that you want to throttle her first thing Sunday morning. She encourages you to go at your own pace or to add your own«flavor» to the dance moves if you like. Afterward, when you’re all sweaty, you realize you can totally justify eating a decadent brunch. Win-win!

Rachel is an awesome Zumba teacher and here is why: 1.) She is a well trained dancer in many styles so her execution of the Zumba moves are clear, concise and on the beat! 2.) She knows how to teach choreography and realizes that dance routines are not second nature to everyone. She makes it easy and fun by mixing easy to learn routines with harder ones, that way you don’t get frustrated and never return. 3.) Her current class is the *perfect* time. 10:30 — 11:30AM on Sundays. Late enough to shake the hangover out of ya, but early enough to still plan a day around. 4.) The location is easy to get to by car, bike and public transportation.(you don’t even have to feed the meter until noon) 5.) Fun people in the class. Including me and my hubby. 6.) Have you tried Zumba? It kicks your butt into shape. Come to the class. Sweat it out and have some fun.
