Had to wait an hour to see an agent even have an appointment. A guy came over to ask what I was apply for and after I told him, he just let me wait and call for the next 2 customers who came after me without appointments!!! He even talk to other agent that she is apply this and that, so the other agent skip me to call another customer. I know I may applying an government insurance you guys might not get a lot of money to be paid. So all your agents refuse my care or what? Finally I met my agent. She seems nice but impatient. Right, it’s almost 5:30 after I waited an hour. Time to get off from work. She is not really listening to my situation just simply refuse what I am trying to apply. In stand of helping me get another type insurance and suggest other programs which I was qualified. She sent me away. This is the second time I went to this place to give a try. Will never recommend anyone to come here.

Professional compared to other insurance places. They get pretty busy so I would recommend making an appointment before heading in. Ask for Fanny, she’s pretty helpful.

I am very impressive about their service. Very efficient and professional. Every time go there, and have a lot of people waiting, but it is worth the wait. They also help me to get $ 200 rebate from utility company. What a deal !

I have gotten incorrect bill from insurance company. I went to Apac for solution. The lady was very patient and professionally explain the issue for me. And promise me they will follow up my case and return call once they have resolved my issue. I am very appropriate for what they did for me. Save me a lot of time.

I took my mom her to apply for insurance at Apac Service Center. We were helped by a lady named Fanny. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the plans. My mom previously went to a different agency and her plan got messed up. After speaking to Fanny, she was able to identify the issue and helped resolve the problem. Yes, I had to wait about 15 mins, but it was worth it because of the detailed information that was given helped us better understand the plans and benefits. Fanny also informed us of other programs that my mom can qualified for. My mom and I were really happy with the service we received and will definitely go back.

I am currently move to this area, do not know where to go for insurance. My friend refer me to this service center. My first impression is there is too many people waiting there for help. But the people that help me are very helpful. I am not only can get the insurance there. But also able to get utility assistant and other government program here. I love their services.

There is a staff called Fanny, she is friendly and knowledgeable. She is able to solve my problems and answer my question regarding all the programs they provided. I am very satisfied with the service!!!

They provide a variety of programs. It makes things very convenient and easy. I was able to apply for many different things in one place. Also, they would tell me about other programs that I didn’t know about.

I want to say thank you for their help. I went to other insurance agency to apply Covered CA, they mass up my case but refuse to help fix my case. They advertise heavily on TV but really not professional. APAC are referral by my friend, they have a lot of customers and long wait, but it is worthy the wait because they spend time with me and most importantly they fixed my problem. I finally got my insurance and be able to get my medication. They are really a not for profit company that willing to serve the community, they also help me to replace my old refrigerator and I got $ 200 rebate for my utility bill too.

Good service even the waiting line is long. They help me solve all the problems I have and give me many suggestion.

My experience here was different. An agent named Stephanie was very helpful and patient with the questions I had. I was recommended by a close friend of mine to give this place a try. At first, I hestisted because of the reviews. However, I was amazed by the great services that I was given. This place was able to provide me a stress free solution as I struggled to figure out how to get the best insurence for me and my family.

Although the wait was very long, but the person that helped me was very nice. The first thing she told me is that she was sorry for the wait and she was very patient on solving my problem.

Very poor customer service. inconsistent information between staff. When I called and asked about a specific question, they told me one thing but when I went to the office to ask the same question, they told me another. Basically, they would not be able to help me and I need to handle it. I was also informed that I can’t cancel insurance although I was approved for another plan. I called the insurance company and they refund me without questioning.
Whoever funds them should closely monitor this agency. What a way to spend tax payers dollars.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said to leave my number, never got a call from the supervisor.
I can’t imagine how many clients they put through this, especially those that cannot speak english.

They call themselves a service center? Service is atrocious! My first impression is that the office is ridiculously disorganized, confidential information (e.g. social security numbers and personal checks) is out in public display, appointments mean nothing (e.g. made an appointment and I still had to wait like everyone else), and office space is a dinky rundown suite. Good like trying to reach them by phone, fax, or voice mail, as they deliberately turn off their office phones so as not to distract them from their work. I tried to make an appointment and that was a hassle in itself. Then, I tried to confirm my appointment, and I couldn’t even get through to anyone. What’s even the point of an office line then?! Was not satisfied with my experience of them trying to help. In all honesty, I would rather fork up the money up front to avoid this horrendous hassle.

Told the lady to cancel the plan, she said, ‘I FORGOT.’ She only gave my mom the ref. number and told her to call the insurance company to cancel herself! WT!!! THE «BEST» service I ever seen!!! Thanks!!!

Bad service ever. Now they assign all the lines to the voice mails, which most of them are full, you cannot leave any messages. My parents have been applied the Obama care with them since last year in Oct, however, we never hear any news inform us that the status of processing. I have been calling them for the status, either very rude on the phone, or either said they would call us back, but we never hear from them at all. They are more helpful to those programs which they can make commission with. I even tried to call the location in Rowland Height., the lady Ping did her job to find out that our status is still pending. What a horrible experience we have had ever. Highly recommend that you do not choose them. I think Herald community will have better service.
