Worst custom service ever… tried the air cushion at the store and thought it was pretty nice so I bought the item… but I started feel itchy on my skin so I went return it right away and the lady there said that there’s NO RETURN on all items even though it’s not even opened yet! And they didn’t even mention it when I purchased it!

The customer service here needs work. They follow you down on your every move. I like how they carry Laneige, Aritaum, IOPE, and other skincare brands. For cosmetics it’s mainly just those 3 mentioned. A lot of items are out of stock for the Aritaum items which is disappointing because they don’t get the new stuff you see online in Korean based stores. Other than that I really like the products! Aritaum is more for teenage to 20s and the prices are affordable.

Super new! I love it because they sell Korean products! Since this brand is popular in Korea, it’s my new favorite store! Products are reliable and have cute packaging. This store used to be The Amore, but is now Aritaum. Definitely recommend this store to beauty gurus!
