Art Planet

This is a great place to send your kids to learn how to draw. Most other art schools will have the teacher draw something while the students copy. I used to feel a tad cheated whenever my kids brought home their finished work. It always felt as if the teacher did most of the drawing while my kids just filled in the colors.
Well, that’s just not how this place works and that’s why I (as a parent) love this place. Every student is at a different level and is taught to draw at his/​her level. The teachers (Ms Vicki and another lady) walk around and instruct/​aid each student. This environment encourages creativity and teaches proper techniques appropriate for the student’s level of competence.
Ms. Vicki is a wonderful (and very patient) instructor and also very accommodating. I’m glad I finally found a great art school for my kids. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this place to any parents who want their kids to start the artistic mind early! Ms. Vicki seems to have the magic to inspire her students to pick up the sense of art really quickly.

I have 2 kids age 8&9 coming to this school since 2011. My kids love this class and Ms. Viki. They learn how to draw here, building a solid foundation to continue their art journeys. The teachers are highly skilled and friendly. They know how to teach in a fun way to keep kids interested in art.
I highly recommend this school.
