I was looking for contemporary style cabinets and finally found boc. I like their Milan collection and the sample is the exact color we are looking for. It’s sold as pre-assembled only, but I asked them and they finally send everything RTA and gave me 25% discount! You will never find such styles with this price anywhere else. If you are looking for contemporary style cabinets, definitely check with them.

We bought the Antique Coffee cabinets to replace the old ones in our kitchen. Our carpenter said they were some of the highest quality cabinets he has ever worked with and was astonished at the reasonable price. For instance, the pull out trays were $ 50-$ 60 a pair and he said he couldn’t build them for double the price. The finish on the cabinets is beautiful and they look much better in reality than they do in the pictures. The detail is amazing and the quality is very high. We have had so many compliments on the beauty and craftsmanship. I had a couple of in home estimates from cabinet makers and the quotes were more than double the price of what we paid and their doors and drawers weren’t even solid wood. I found the costumer service to be very good and had no problem when I had to add on items at the last minutes. The cabinets and trims were packed well and we had only one tiny piece of dentil molding broken. They were willing to ship me a new piece but since I had ordered extra, the ½” of damage wasn’t significant. All of my cabinets, drawers and even the pull out trays came completely finished on the inside, something you only see in high end cabinets. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them again when we remodel our guest bath.

I can’t tell you how much I am enjoying my new kitchen because of the new cabinets. I chose the Antique Coffee, rich grain, and the color is perfect for us! The drawers and doors soft close is the best. Yes you had to assemble the cabinets but I loved doing this. Plus it is great bragging rights. Joe in Customer service was prompt and very helpful and a solution was made in a timely manor. Yes I would recommend this company and will come back to them when I am renovating my bathrooms. Peter C

I had ordered a complete kitchen with full height 42 inch cabinets and two lazy susan units. Cabinets were easy to assemble. No particle board anywhere to be found and this made it nice to secure the cabinets firmly to the walls. The finish on the cabinets was as tough as nails. I made the mistake of getting a drop of Gorilla glue on the door and removed it with lacquer thinner and it did not harm the finish at all, amazing. Over all since I was a custom kitchen designer for Sears in North Dallas Texas for twelve years I would say these were a great value for the money. I did not have any problems ordering them they were shipped to Texas and arrived on time as promised. The assembly videos were satisfactory and in fact were better then an assembly manual.

Found them online looking for RTA cabinets. After a lot of research turned out to be the best mix of quality and price I could find. When actual cabinets arrived to my house was pleasantly surprised by the quality. They are solid and look fantastic Assembly videos online made it easy to assemble the cabinets. The free design service was just OK but you get what you pay for. Overall a great experience that worked out well. Got high quality cabinets at a great price.

Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. If I could give less than 1 star, I certainly would. Let’s start at the beginning, shall we? 4 months ago, I bought a fixer upper house and needed to get new cabinets done on a budget and a timeline. Found this website offering assemble it yourself cabinets in my price range, and thought I’d struck gold. Alas, it turned out to be just the opposite. I called before I ordered, and they promised to have my items shipped to me on the Friday requested. I placed the order and took the day off work to accept delivery. The delivery company called the day before to say that they would be delivering on Monday. Apparently BOC hadn’t relayed the promise they made to me. All of the trucks were already out for delivery, so my only option was to drive 30 minutes to the warehouse and pick up the hundreds of pounds of boxes myself. Strike 1. We barely fit all of the items in the mini van and return home to get started on assembly. I did an inventory and realized they had forgotten one of the boxes(each cabinet section has 2 boxes). I knew nothing was left behind at the warehouse, so I double checked and then called customer service. They were extremely condescending, asking if I was really sure something was missing. After 20 minutes of convincing them that yes, I can count, and no, it isn’t here, they agreed to ship out the missing box. We get to work on assembling the cabinets. They come with no written instructions — you are supposed to watch an endless number of video tutorials from their website. Definitely took forever to get the hang of it, but we eventually started making good time. Over the next couple of days, we worked our way through the kitchen, at which point I noticed we were missing the shelf pins for the pantry. So I called back to let them know. More rudeness. Then we got to the lazy susan. I looked in the boxes and looked in my garage, but could not locate the lazy susan/shelf part of the lazy susan. I called customer service again, and again they talked down to me. After another 15 minutes, they reluctantly agreed to send the missing piece for which I’d already paid. When that box arrived, some 3 days later, they had sent the wrong damn piece. Called them back. They agreed to ship out the right piece. I mentioned earlier that I was on a timeline — the cabinets had to be place before the floor installers could measure. We had a hard move in date right around the corner. Working day and night, we managed to get them set(no drawers or doors — just the bones), but not before we had to hire a new installer for the floors who could work with our truncated schedule — costing me an additional thousand+ dollars. Cut to a few days later when we finally have time to get to work on the rest. Let me tell you, those drawers are a full on pain in the ass. They only have an interlocking system to hold them in place, so every time you try to assemble them, one side pops out. They don’t necessarily fit together either. After much frustration, we ended up putting screws and wood glue in every joint, and were able to move forward. The tracks for the drawers and hinges for the doors come with instructions in Chinese. Very helpful. By the time we actually got everything assembled and were putting on the doors, we realized that they shorted us 2 hinges. Instead of going through the hassle of contacting them again, I decided to just leave the above sink cabinet open, since it only needed 2 hinges instead of 4 anyway. Did I mention that more then one of the pieces had defects in them? That the lazy susan piece was not circular and had to be shaved down considerably to even fit inside it’s cabinet? Oh, and 4 months after this disaster, they had the balls to email me to say they had forgotten to charge me for a piece of my order, and would need to run my cc for another $ 80. I was never offered a refund for the home delivery surcharge, even though the items were not successfully delivered to my home. No discount was offered, and no sincere apology made. Sure, the cabinets look okay, but I can’t even think about them without being filled with a firey rage of a thousand demons for all we had to go through and all of the additional time and money they cost me. This company is literally the opposite of best online cabinets. Single biggest regret of my renovation. Don’t let it happen to you. The More You Know. *Sparklerainbowshootingstar*
