Beware, John is a crook. He does not give the discounts he is supposed to (AAA is the best one). He also does not stand behind his product. When he sold me the product he stated that everything was covered and there was a no questions asked warranty and that they would be replaced once for no cost. Less than a year He told me my blinds were not covered under warranty because there was no way his blinds could break unless I did something to them.
