Worst doctor’s office I have ever been to in my ENTIRE life!
First off, the receptionist will always tell you that you have to pay your co-​pay «anytime» you see the doctor. Then they try to have you come back for any little tidbit of randomness that they can make up to charge you to come back. Even when my insurance company told me that I didn’t have to pay for preventive physicals or a pap test, it turned into a full 7 months of not calling me back, lies, blaming the billing company, asking for more paperwork, claiming I never called, and playing dumb.
Not to mention my doctor, DR. FRANCISCO RODRIGUEZ, acted like he didn’t know what he was doing half the time! Had to pay to come back and get the results of my blood test, which was him just saying, «Your cholesterol is a little high, just don’t eat a lot of fried foods.» $ 25 for that?! And I’m not even going to go into detail about the most uncomfortable pap smear I’ve ever had from him — I swear at one point I wanted to yell, «Do you even know what you’re doing down there!?»
Ugh, FINALLY got my money back after literally 7 months of calling almost every day to my insurance company, my company’s HR dept, the billing company (who, by the way, said the doctor’s office did not note that I had paid a co-​pay! SLIMBALLS are just pocketing the money for themselves!!!), and the doctor’s office!
So just to reiterate… Worst. Doctor’s office. Ever.

@ Justin N. the Drs are great. the problem is the MA’s that run that place suck, Rosie. the rest are training. you should have complained to your DR. I do all the time
