Probably the owners home where all his info is registered.

So this guy is cheap, the cheapest in LA area I think. That is literally the only pro for him, if 2 – 3 hours of frustration is worth the ~$ 20 – 30 you save then go for it.
He runs out of his dirty cluttered garage. You really cannot reach him by phone, I’ve called 30+ times and talked to him 2 times. Even during his «business hours» he doesn’t answer.
Don’t expect to get anything done fast here. Took him 1.5 hours to fill out my DROS for an item I ordered. He also «coached» me in filling out the 4473 and had me fill it out in a different method than the dozen other transfers I’ve done. Pretty sure the BATF frowns on that.
I paid cash and his «receipt» was hand written on carbon copy paper. When I went to pickup my item, he said it wasn’t marked paid and tried to charge me the fee+DROS+tax again! I argued with him until he finally let me take my already paid for item!
Oh yeah, and he has you sit right next to the urinal in his garage while you fill out the paperwork!

The man is honest and fair as the day is long! If he does not know something about Mausers then it is not worth knowing.
