Real nice spot. My girlfriend always wants to grab them Asian make up along with some snacks. I first heard about this store from my Taiwanese & Chinese friends at USC. Saw their website shortly after and my girlfriend took my computer from me and began looking through their huge make up selection. Check them out. MiiBox has become a favorite for my gf LOL and its always nice to be able to make purchases in store& on the internet.

I got a negative vibe from the moment I stepped into the store. The workers there basically hover over you, constantly checking if you’re gonna steal something. What am I gonna steal… samples? They are literally two steps behind you. it’s like you can feel them breathing on your back. That’s a very unprofessional way of approaching customers, especially potential customers who actually want to purchase something. It’s like dude. give me some personal space! The second half of the store is filed with snacks. snacks that I don’t trust with my life to eat. They look so artificial and would harm the body if consumed. I seriously don’t know why they make their customers feel uneasy. Not coming back. one, nothing I would ever buy there and two, the way they hover over you. makes you want to run out of the store and never look back!

After noticing a beauty store opened on Valley, I looked around on-line to figure out what Miibox really is. After reading that they carry Innisfree products, I quickly made a mental note to stop by. Not too sure if this place will be as popular as other stores around the area, but Miibox does have some interesting stuff. I did read on some of the postings that Miibox was also a snack place, and I thought that maybe it would be more like a small area of snacks, and mostly beauty. Walking in, the snack area was literally half the store, while the other half was beauty. Personally, I think they can do a better job displaying the products, as all the sheet masks were laying flat on the shelf. I do like they did carry some of the MBD sheet masks that I haven’t seen in other stores, but wasn’t too happy with the selection of Innisfree products. I am glad that I did find a store that has Innisfree stuff; at the same time, I don’t know if I would come back here to get it, especially that it’s not an authorized seller, and I did notice some«damages» on some of the boxed products.(I use the term«damages» lightly, because the boxes were more bent out of shape like it was shipped from another seller, rather than straight from the manufacture.) I guess I’ll probably black market’d the stuff.

I heard about this place through a post online and decided to check it out. It had just opened so it wasn’t packed with items but there was enough to look at. Their MBD masks are the cheapest I’ve found and I’ve been to quite a few Asian beauty stores. Prices are reasonable and I would definitely come back! Parking is a little rough since the parking structure is tiny and difficult to drive in, but there is also street parking if necessary.
