Just finished getting my springs installed on my civic si and they did an awesome job and were real friendly.
I called ahead of time and Mike told me to come down. And they started working on my car as soon as I got there.
The whole experience was a breeze and for that I thank them! Definitely will suggest them for anyone needing car service

Just got a chance to speak with Mike. Definitely the customer service, honesty, respect, are just the few words I can say about him and PitCrew. So I was finally able to get a hold of the shop early one morning. Gotta quote for one price over the phone. I didn’t really like the price because it was higher than what others online have mentioned but I decided to go there anyway to get my springs installed. Once I get there, I was quickly welcomed and taken care of. The price given to me at the store was better than the price I got over the phone. So k went ahead and got the install. It was really quick. My girl and I hung out in the shop for maybe an hour and we were on our way.

Cool spot, been going here since high school (Graduated 1999) still on point with everything, I had the shop lower my 2007 Lexus GS 350 on Tanabe nf210, Dude at the shop recommended these springs, best springs for my ride, cool price for the work done the ride is perfect, this will always be the spot for me I RECOMMEND this place 100% to anyone needing any aftermarket work done… … Ill send pictures of my lowered ride in a latter posting…

Mikey is extremely respectful! Cool dude with lots of knowledge and experience. Today was my first day here and I can honestly say it won’t be my last. I got hooked up on some suspension and engine installs. My car was done quick and I was able to have my car lowered before Christmas. His partner/​mechanic James got the job done right the first time and exactly how the end user wanted it. This guy was super attention to detail. All my stock parts was wrapped waiting for me. He definitely wowed me with the attention to detail. He took the time to wrap my stock parts for heavens sakes. Regardless my experience here with pit crew Mikey and James was a delightful and pleasant experience. I was taken care of to the fullest extent which I deeply appreciated. See you guys soon right after the new year for sure!!!

Extremely disrespectful and rude. Decided to pass on a set of wheels, and asked for my money back from James. He just threw it on the table and walked away. Customer service doesn’t mean squat here.

Mike and James know their stuff. Got some performance parts installed here twice. Quick, clean, and decently priced. The guys there are cool. Make sure to call in before hand to make sure they aren’t busy. Scheduling ahead of time kicks your wait and install time down faster. Would definitely be back here to install my intake, bov, and intercooler. Thanks guys!

Mike is the best!
These guys are knowledgeable, professional, and really friendly.
They go above and beyond to find you a good price, and give you exactly what you need (unlike other places that just try to get you to buy what they want to sell).
I will definitely be back for anything else I need on my car.

I took my civic here to get some new springs installed. I was waiting for H&R springs and they were able to get it for me 2 days after it came out. Mike hooked it up with a good price and installation. I went there on a weekday morning and it was installed in about 40 minutes. One of my favorite restaurants (Kim Ky Noodle House) was right down the street so I went to eat there as I was waiting. Got a call once I got my food and told them I’d head over as soon as I’m done.
When I meet people from SGV and they need installs, I tell the to go here.

The guys here knows there stuff. They were able to help me swap my motor and wire it all up correctly. Mike the guy i spoke to was able to answer all my question right over the phone and told me what they would even do before I even brought in my car. Thanks guys for all your help
And yes they can get mugen parts not like most shop that say they can and give you the run around.

Pit Crews awesome, went there for exhaust, intake, my boy Fred hooked it up phat, everything was done super quick and the price was reasonable, Boss mike even offered me some lunch while i was waiting, lol, super kooo peeps dopeass shop gotta check em out!!! Will be back again, highly recommended!!!

I went here to get my springs installed because they’re the only shop that quoted me a reasonable price. Very good customer service on the phone and in person and I didn’t have to wait very long.
*UPDATE*
I forgot to add that I found some peanut shells on top of my engine bay cover. Not cool! So I’m going to downgrade the rating to a 3! Not sure if I’m going back here again…

Stores usually has nothing in stock (literally). They may offer some products a decent price but they are usually late in ordering your parts. You may be better off ordering online… Service was not all that great either.

Great service from Mike and the guys. I’ve brought 2 of my cars to the shop and was very happy with the work. Honest people unlike so many other shops that will sell you anything just to make a profit. Very helpful that the shop is open on Saturdays.
