One of the best places to train and get results and it is worth all of your dedication! I don’t live very close to Studio Physique but just one session with Justin back in February, and he had me hooked! I dedicated every free day to coming out here for the amazing work outs, and it has been about 3 months now. This is the place where I have seen most results, the place that has pushed me way beyond my limits and has made me realize how much potential I have to go even further with my goals. Justin will train with you and push you as hard as you are willing to go, he is extremely supportive and the nicest guy in the world! He works with everyone’s individual needs to make sure that nothing at this gym is «cookie cutter».
Everyday is different, every work out is different and besides the incredible trainer, the community here is the best! everyone is welcoming and nice, giving it a great atmosphere to work out in. A clean and modern place with all kinds of equipment and I love the music he has blasting during every work out :) they even offer acupuncture services and other work out classes that you can sign up for, the rest of the staff here is just as amazing! If you’re ready for a change, this is the place to be!

Studio Physique is more than a gym. It’s an unmatched fitness haven to get more than a workout. A place to redefine and sculpt your physique from a professional Super Bowl Champ Justin Watson who knows how to work you out in his «bootcamp style» and cutting edge circuit training workouts. He definitely change the lives of me and my wife!!! We were on the show «Love Handles» from Lifetime and Justin was our personal trainer who helped us lose tremendous weight and have a healthy lifestyle (wife Rose lost 30 pounds and I lost 26 pounds) in 2011 and at the end of our program, we became pregnant after trying for over 4 years!!! A miracle! If Justin can help us transform our lives, he can too for you! We owe our lives and our baby Rio to our trainer Justin and his staff including Mary, Kim, and the rest of Studio Physique… We love you!!!

If you wants results, this is the place for you. I joined Studio Physique four months ago to get toned and fit. I have to admit the first couple of weeks were tough. I was so out of shape but for some reason I kept wanting to come back because the results are amazing. My arms and stomach have never been so toned. Justin and his team are great at motivating you to workout. The services they offer are great too. The studio has great energy, when you walk in and everyone motivates each other during our workouts. I’ve been with Justin for 4 years now and I’m in better shape now than I’ve ever been. I highly recommend an acupuncture session with Dr. Moses too. The studio also offers spin classes and Pilates… GREAT PLACE!

Studio Physique is incredible. Justin is a phenomenal trainer; he is a positive motivator who pushes you to work harder than you could push yourself, helping you achieve great fitness. Each workout is different and unique, so you never get bored and your muscles are strengthened in different ways all the time. I am sore after every work out, but it is a fantastic feeling, especially because I know I am getting stronger! The time that I workout with Justin is the best use of my energy and I know that the time spent training with him will produce great results. The fun atmosphere, friendly faces, and great workout you get at Studio Physique makes it peerless – truly the best place to train!

Studio Physique is a really great place to train. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and are really nice to work with. Studio Physique provides a great space within which to work out and there’s a really positive energy about it. I used to go to Equinox but I like Studio Physique better and I feel like I get a much better workout.

I am not a member at Studio Physique but if I lived in the area there is no doubt in my mind that I would be a member! I am a huge fan of the intimate gym style rather then the «Costco» style gyms. I had the pleasure of working out with one of the studios’s trainers, Mary Antoci at a gym in Arizona. I have worked out consistently all my life with and without trainers. I have to say that when I did the ab session with Mary… I said «hey i’ve not felt that kind of burn before». It was awesome and I now incorporate her routine in my daily work out. I have known Mary since 1992 and witnessed all her eratic diets and fitness routines but I have never seen her as fit, toned and a picture of health as she is now… thanks Mary!

Studio Physique is a privately owned gym that takes pride in running everything like a family. The trainers know everyone by name and will do everything in their power to get you where you want to be! The studio is run by ex-​collegiate and professional athletes who have rededicated their personal careers to helping others get in shape, and they really want to help you.
Justin was my trainer, and I can’t put into words how much he has helped me. Although I didn’t go for many sessions (San Gabriel is where I grew up, but I attend school at UCLA, so I only get to go when I’m back in my hometown), he was able to help me realize what I needed to work on and how I could have the most effective workout on my own time back at school.
The studio offers personal training by session, spin classes, pilates, boxing, and outdoor training sessions, as well as acupuncture sessions. While it may be a bit more pricey than paying monthly membership at a gym, with signing up at Studio Physique you are gaining so much more. On days that you aren’t using one of your prepaid sessions, they’ll even let you come in and keep up with your cardio or use other equipment as long as they aren’t busy. All of the equipment is like new and the entire studio is very clean and modern.
I went in the mornings and it was never crowded. It was just the perfect amount of people and I was never waiting on Justin to tell me what to do next. He kept me busy the entire time, and I never felt so in shape in my life!
If you want to build a close relationship with your trainer and other people in your neighborhood with the same goals as you, this is definitely the place.
