Love this place! Max is never scared when he gets there and looks adorable. The staff is very nice and fast service. I highly recommend.

Always pleased. Great service and attitude. Sad to hear other people not satisfied. But we do know that accidents will happen and I hate to think that they wake up every morning thinking how am I going to harm an animal. Just my thought and much blessing to all.

My CATs LOVE Pat! She is so kind and loving. I know that my fur babies love her, because when i drop them off, they don’t cringe like they used to with the «other» groomer that i used to take them to. Kudos to you Suds! You guys are awesome! My Cat is afraid of everyone and everything. I have been taking her to Patricia for a year now. She talks to her and soothes her before she takes her in the back. My kitty always comes out smelling good and looking good. The most important thing to me is that she has a comfort level with Patricia. Patrica always has a big smile for me and makes me feel at home as well. The other ladies never smile and that’s why only 4 stars. I would recommend Patrica for anyone that has a pet that is nervous.

For all the pet owners in the SGV, do yourself and your pet a favor by not bringing your pet to this groomer (more like butcher). My mother brought our family dog — a Pomeranian with a beautiful fur coat — for a wash and trim. She told the groomer «shorter,» but the groomer gave our dog a «summer cut.» It’s December, think cold and winter. It doesn’t make any logical sense to give a dog (or any other furry creature) a summer cut.
Our Pomeranian now looks like a Chihuahua. His fur has been shaved to the skin, with two ridiculous-​looking tufts of fur on his two front legs. His tail looks like it’s been chopped in half by a machete, and my heart cringes looking at him shiver in the cold. I might even have to buy a sweater for him, and I hate when owners dress their dogs in clothes. It’s going to take months, if not a year, for his fur to grow back.
My brother didn’t even recognize our dog when the groomer brought him out, and he was too shocked to even react or say anything. And they told us $ 38 over the phone for grooming, but my brother was told to pay $ 45 when he picked up our dog. Sneaky. What’s even worse? When we called to voice our complains, the groomer hung up on us. We should have been refunded for the awful cut and overcharge.
0 stars. Close shop, you suck. Your name should really be «Unprofessional/​Rude/​Poor/​God-​Awful» Pet Grooming.

DON’T EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!! WARNING the groomer is a lying piece of crap… She originally told me she was going to charge $ 35. When i went to go pick up my dog, she started speaking rudely out loud that my dog has fleas which he doesn’t in the first place, but she kept insisting my dog has a ton of fleas so she can charge extra $ 20 for a flea bath. She TRIMMED some of dogs SKIN OFF by his leg and said my dog scratched himself!!! It’s IMPOSSIBLE!!! LIAR LIAR LIAR!!!
