They are very nice here and extremely helpful. Markers look beautiful and are done very nicely, but the process seems to take forever. Went in on June 1st to purchase a marker and was told I would receive an email with preview of how it would look in 2 weeks. I waited a month and contacted them myself and nothing was done. It has now been 2 months and it is still not completed. I was told it would take 30 – 45 day max and 2 months later still nothing. They do not email with updates. I am the one constantly emailing them to see where things are with the marker. After losing someone you want everything to be done in a timely manner so you can see the marker when you visit your loved one.
