If I can give her 10stars!!! I will give it to «Emily» who is working at the pharmacy department!!! Very very friendly very very efficient and very very helpful!!! I can tell she is also an animal lover too because she is very attentive and she even notice my pal who is waiting with me at the drive thru at the passenger seat!!! She really made me actually love to make a trip to a pharmacy. I use to hate going to a pharmacy to pick up or drop off a Rx because of the slow motion(sleepy) staffs!!! She really can make your day!!!

Whenever I order photos from Snapfish, I always pick them up here. On all five occasions, it has never taken less than five minutes to get my photos, pay, and leave the store. Sometimes it takes upwards of ten minutes. It’s usually because it’s hard to find someone to help at the photo center. Also, my most recent pickup led to photos that were oversaturated. Not the best customer experience here.

Ohhhh yeah this place. For some reason i randomly stop off here and get all kinds of crap that I dont need. Dayem Red Box station that they have here is the reason I end up in here. *SMH* Ok the best reason to come here is that it is the only place around that«develops» film in house still… yeah shocking that I was developing film to me too… However I was doing something for my daughters school and thus being able to take in some photos for a couple hour turnaround(thus she could take developed photos from throwaway cameras) the next day, made a huge difference. They have a pretty friendly staff here and a fairly cleaned store. Its not the cleanest or best kept place, but definitely works for government standards haha Their parking lot is large enough to handle a good amount of cars and the drive through pharmacy window is handy if you need a prescription while you are on the go. They take all forms of payment and are quick to help. Overall its a great place. Hit them up and enjoy… or just cruise through if you want a Red Box. Also note that they have lots of sales after holidays etc where you can get stuff super cheap on clearance sales =)

I went to the photo service to collect an order that was supposed to be ready(one-day pickup) but wasn’t even after one extra day. The service was slow and the guy quite unsure about how to handle my request. For the rest, the shop seemed ok.

I always shop here because it’s closer than cvs. I usually find what I’m looking for and the only time I’ve had to ask a sales associate was if they had any more stock in the back. Wish that they’d put the red box kiosk outside if you have to return movies, but the good thing about Red Box is that you don’t have to go to the one you just took movies out of

Got an email from Walgeen’s asking if I wanted them to refill my prescription. Then got an email stating it had been filled. Went over several hours later to pick it up. First told they were in the middle of filling it did I want to wait 15 minutes?(Thinking: NO but do I have a choice, I’m here?! But told them politely I’d wait.) Check back 20 minutes later and they’re just finishing up my order. Cashier tells me ‘Oh I see here that we’ve made a change on brand of your medication. That’s not a problem is it?’ This time I didn’t keep it to myself and responded ‘What do you mean you’ve changed it again?’ She said ‘Uhm…I don’t know. That’s what it says here.’ Then the Pharmacist comes over and tells me that actually they had already changed ‘HER’ prescription in March, didn’t change it again. So don’t bother telling ‘her’ because it’ll only confuse ‘her’. Explained that actually I’M the her. Pharmacist had to have me explain it slowly that I was ‘Mary’ and no I wasn’t at all confused! Explained change of brand causes MAJOR diarrhea. So Pharmacist goes oh it makes you nauseous and I told her again not confused definitely causes diarrhea! So while I now don’t have to worry that they’ve gone and given me diarrhea by changing out the brand, AGAIN… I do have to worry that a lying, disceiptful, easily confused, Pharmacist just filled my Prescription and doesn’t think I need to know about any changes she may have made. Guess she doesn’t know about The Patient’s Bill of Rights! Avoid Walgreen’s on Rosemead in San Gabriel, CA their Staff is confused and it may cause you major bouts of diarrhea just having to deal with the nauseating drivel spewing from their mouths! If they ask who told you that tell them their Former Customer whose an RN.

When I went to Walgreens they were not able to assist me with anything I needed. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait to get passport photos. Also they were out of stamps. I understand that things happen, but they did not seem to care that they could not assist me. I will avoid going to this Walgreens in the future.

This walgreens is always clean, organized and I can always find what I need because everything is in the same place. Staff is friendly and I never have to wait in line.

Customer service is seriously lacking. Was so disgusted after asking a question about whether they carried something that I walked out with nothing. Went to the Pasadena store instead.

After my terrible experience at a nearby Rite-Aid I decided to come here. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially this one worker she was well groomed and pretty, just like the store organized and neat. There’s a big parking lot NOT shared with banks or restaurants, thank goodness! Although I do pass by 3CVS’s on my way over here, at least I spend less time driving than lining up @ CVS. There are deals, and no need for those annoying«wellness» or «cvs» cards to scan. Some products look like they’re on the low-end, but if you wanna pay more, then go ahead.

I recently got familiar with this store. It is well laid out and the products on the shelves are easy to find. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This might be the only Photo lab in a 5 mile radius open on Sundays that develops Reversal Slide Film same day. Would be 5 Stars. Except they don’t. After calling to ask if they did, and getting a confirmation that they can do it and would get it done by today, I drove over only to find out they didn’t. :(I’m sad.

I’ve tried CVS, Rite Aid and even makeshift grocery store type drugstores but nothing compares to Walgreens. Aveeno moisturizing soap, Palmer’s cocoa butter lotion, wet and wild’s 5000 colours that can’t be found in the Revlon aisle, cocoa butter chapstick that smells soooo good, Garnier Nutrisse, Burt’s Bees, Schick Quattro, Scunci hair bands and sooo much more. The seasonal aisle is always fun. Right now it’s Halloween and they have some seriously cool shit. These rad little skeletons wrapping their arms and legs around a tinted glass tea light holder, gel-like bloody hand prints, yellowed creepy mummy coming out of the ground… pleh…just GO! GO!
