I totally agree with kate s. Sally «forgot» the time she made an appointment with me, and she was late, and had the nerve to blame it on me. I can’t speak for her work since I didn’t use her, but she really lags in returning emails or calls. This is definitely NOT something brides should have to put up with, especially when there are a bunch of other things that need to be done for the big day. I’d say go with someone else, everyone deserves more professional foral services and not someone flaky and flighty like Sally. UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE! I see the 5 star review is written by Sally C herself. ‘Nuf said!

Sally made an appointment with me, forgot about the appointment, made a second appt, decided to cancel the day of — made a third appointment, then never showed up, called or contacted me. She also did not return my phone calls or emails. I can’t speak for the quality of their work, but this was pretty unprofessional IMHO.
