Good China Express

Ok so this portion of the review is based on the Hawaiin bbq that they serve 1 star. Its a shame to call what they serve Hawaiian bbq because its really not. I recently tried the mix plate and it was horrible. I guess you can say my expectations were high because I always eat at Ono Hawaiian BBQ. But they really did miss it by a landslide. So dont come here expecting ono style Hawaiian bbq. I really dont like negative reviewing my local businesses but it was really that bad.
On the other hand the Chinese they serve is always great tasting i’ve been coming to this place for about 4 years now and every time I get an individual plate it is spot on. So come here to get your Chinese food it is delicious!

I have been here a couple times but this *attempt* was surely the last. (I visited at approximately 4:40pm on March 30, 2015)
As per my other visits, I was just trying to get boba so I waited in line just as anyone would. Upon reaching the register, however, both workers proceeded to ignore me and my friends and serve several other customers who entered the shop long after us. It is obvious we were being ignored because both cashiers made eye contact with all of us several times, though they never once offered a welcome, a smile, or really any semblance of service whatsoever.
I have literally no idea why these two were being so rude or why they even have jobs because about 99.9 percent of the human population could better understand and demonstrate customer service… I would never hire these two as even Hemet has better options for employees and I hope the owners of this shop soon realize that because they needlessly lost money today and in the future as me, my friends, and anyone I know will never return– with this experience, even Panda Express is kicking this place’s ass.

Soo we usually come here alot but today was horrible they gave my wife uncooked food and the steak she got was soo salty you couldn’t eat it, my general tso chicken was burnt we just threw everything in the trash and left never coming back here the old owners were better

This pertains to the tarot smoothie I bought on June 18, 2014. I have to say that it didn’t meet me expectations at all. Honestly, it is the worst smoothie I have ever had. First, the drink was not blended well. It had huge chunks of ice in it. If I wanted a slushie, I would have went to 7 – 11. Second, the taste of the tarot was terrible. I don’t know if the powder they use is subpar, but this was a horrible drink. Third, the boba they used was nasty. It tasted like rubber. It seemed like they didn’t cook the boba well enough. I had to bite so hard on a few pieces just to eat them. However, I can’t say anything about the food. It looked tasty. My final thought, you can try it out and find out for yourself if you like it or not. I have a few friends that love this place. Me, however, not so much.

Food is ok. Sometimes its a hit or miss. What makes me want to Never come back again is the customer service. Very rude ladies. But since its right around the corner from my house, I find myself coming back. But if there was another closer Chinese Food place I’d go there instead just for the service. I love food but the service is also important. Or else I’d just cook at home. Teriyaki chicken is my favorite. The orange chicken isn’t that good. True it all is kinda greasy. :)

The elder lady and the young woman who helped my sisters and I were very rude. They do not have Lychee Jelly or any other jelly for their Boba drinks. The food was ok.

Food is what you’d expect from a fast food Chinese place. Food taste great and flavorful, but very greasy. The item I enjoyed was the hot wings. Didn’t thing I would get a great and spicy hot wing from a place like this, but I did.
Not the friendliest place, but lack of English is sometimes the reason for the stern and direct attitude.
Don’t hate it… Don’t love it

Pretty good place. Very close to my school and makes for a perfect quick lunch. I haven’t tried the boba, but it is on the agenda.

I’ve been going to Good China Express since I found them in Banning. The best buffet Chinese place! The food is good — highly recommend the shrimp rolls, they are wonderful.
The staff tries to be friendly, but communication is sometimes an issue.
They are always busy, and keep up with the flow really well.
New branch just opened in Hemet — tried it last week and it was very good.

The food is okay and the menu is what you expect. They have Boba drinks and that is why my wife and I went there. The Boba Milk Tea was far too sweet and we complained to the staff. They were rude and had a matter-​of-​fact attittude about the sweetness of the drink. I asked for my money back on the drinks and I was given the manager’s busines card. I then called the Banning store in search of the manager. The Banning store listened to my complaint and then called the San Jacinto store and told them to give me a refund. Man, that is lousy service for the San Jacinto store. My regards to the Banning store for doing the right thing for customer service. The staff in San Jacinto were a bit rude and need to understand that the customer must have a unique and positive experience. I did not have that experience even though I finally got a refund for the disappointing Boba Milk Tea. I am waiting for the manager to call me… terrible service if there is a problem.
