TN Nails & Spa

HORRIBLE! I have had a couple crap nail jobs in the past but this one takes the cake, horrible service and horrible work! I can’t even begin to explain how irritated I am! My boyfriend and his mom went, he was paying of course to see us happy and neither of us were. I got dirty looks cause I wanted two different colors on my toes, she went in for a fill and got charged as a full set, her nails are two different lengths and we both have junk under our nails that doesn’t belong… I will post a picture but it’s bad…

Don’t bother. Went in for a manicure. Was asked if I could be helped. Said I needed a manicure. No response. Waited for about 20 min then left. I realize I didn’t have an appointment, but is it too much to ask to get a response like «we will be with you shortly» or something to that effect?

This place is very new and clean. The people there are nice. They did my gel nail 3D art, it’s incredible and I got a lot of compliments. You should ask for 3D.

Waited 10 minutes before they asked me what I wanted. Then one of the nail techs who was extremely busy checked on me. I didn’t get it when there were two guys who kept staring at me. It took me 35 minutes to actually get a pedicure. Will probably not go back again.

It really is the best place in the area. I have lived out here for 4.5 years and I have gone to many places but none of them more than 2 or 3 times until I found this place. It is now the only place I will go. With that being said, I only allow Tommy to do my nails. He is wonderful!

I started looking for a safe and affordable nail salon in Hemet because I was tired of driving all the way to Temecula and Murrieta to have my nails done. I’ve been to TN twice now.
The first time I had Su do my nails and they were horrible so I waited two weeks and had Tommy do them as he did my daughters nails and they looked great. I made an appointment the day before with Tommy at 1:30 and 2:30 for my daughter. When I got there he was doing someone’s else nails and I had to wait 35 minutes.
In the meantime a regular customer came in that had also had an appointment with Tommy at the same time as they overbooked. He made a comment to me about my appointment and I quote, «I don’t know you.» Very unprofessional! My daughter never got her appointment with Tommy as he did the other lady’s nails after me so she had them done by someone else in the salon. I will not be going back.
The men are pushy with sales and Tommy was extremely hostile towards me giving me dirty looks. I don’t use gel on my pink and white power and that seemed to make him mad. I also have my nails done super short (due to the kind of work I do) and that seemed to increase his hostility as he made a comment about them being so short. I cannot understand why he would care as I’m the paying customer and want my nails done the way I want them done. They put you down and make you feel bad. If you don’t do things there way they don’t like you.
It’s obvious they want you to spend the big bucks and have everything done there way. Very negative experience.
I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

Tried this place out for the first time, very clean, well maintained, I waited about 10minutes on a Sunday for a pedicure which is not bad at all! The staff is friendly and the prices are pretty average, spa pedicure $ 17, regular manicure and pedicure $ 25, $ 4 flower designs… I’m happy with my experience and would recommend this place :)

I’ve been here probably at least 8 times. I finally have had it. I won’t be returning. The men that work there all smoke, and the staff thinks that it’s ok to communicate on speaker while you are getting a treatment. Unprofessional! !

Place is in Hemet by bed bath & beyond & I love it they do a great hot stone message on the pedi. Also I love that they are willing to experiment on nail designs I hate doing flowers if I bring in a picture they will do it today we did an owl :) always turns out pretty my new fav. Nail place for Halloween they did Jason’s mask & blood splater I can say my nails are always unquie.

this place was ok! It is clean & relaxing! waited in the chair about an hr for my pedi & they could have offered to warm up my water! Then when they finally got to me she’s kinda rude & in a rush, dont think I’ll be back!!!

Tried a new nail shop! Relaxing atmosphere and very clean! Had pedicure today. Will come back! Next time for nails.
