this place has a great selection of everything. guys are knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service was fine. I can see how others might have issue with it. they are real low key there… so that might confuse people with the type of customer service you get at other retail establishments… but they were very helpful to me.
go in… be friendly and they are willing to give you all the answers to all your questions. I will definitely be back.

As far as products go, this place is fine. As far as customer service goes? The employees are flat out rude here. They harass you as you walk in the door for an ID and they don’t greet you in any way. The guy with glasses is a complete jerk and never once smiles or Says Thank you for any purchase I make. He constantly gives dirty looks and acts like I’m stupid. I don’t think I’ll ever spend money here again just because of his rude and snark attitude.

This is a really great business. I found them via Unilocal and their high ratings. I went in knowing nothing about vape mods and was given a thorough education. I spent a lot of money on my vape setup but that was my decision because I believe in you get what you pay for. They have vape mods for all price ranges so even though I went all out doesn’t mean you have to.

I’ve been here many times. The products are great but when it comes to customer service they’re severely lacking. My experience today is a little unsettling. The woman with green in her hair was extremely rude. I asked for a certain product and in response stated: who told you we had that! Her attitude was very brash and acted as if she is not satisfied with helping customers and that it is an inconvenience. If this continues I will NOT spend anymore money at this establishment.

I’m so happy there’s a good vape shop in San Jacinto, because it’s the only one around for miles.
Customer service is better than expected. They are aware of who is next and acknowledge you when you enter the store. You are free to try any juice to find one you like; just ask! I’ve been coming here for eight months and I’ve never had a bad experience or left to feel embarrassed for being new to the vape craze. They WANT to help you and it shows through their enthusiasm.
Good selection of juices and equipment; Coils are a bit pricey but comparable to other shops.
Highly recommend this store and crew if you’ve been meaning to switch from cigarettes to vapes. Great for beginner and advanced users.

I give them 5 stars because they gave us excellent customer service. Alex waited on us and was able to answer all of our questions as well as educating us on our product. I highly recommend going to them when you’re ready to give up cigarettes. We will definitely be going back.

While visiting from out of town my husband and I found this little vape gem. Great store! They have a solid juice menu, and tasting bar. Good selection of mods for beginners to drippers. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store if you are in the area!

Terrible place to buy a pack of smokes. Mine reminded me of a stale pack one would find in Mexico. Owner didn’t ever care when I told him plus there is additional $ 1 if you just want one pack using you card. Then they tried to tell me of that’s just the way the brand tastes like I don’t buy them all the time and I’m the idiot. Poor owner management and ppl who don’t care about the customer.

Okay… one word!!! DAM!!! So I found these guys via Unilocal,and I must say that I’m thoroughly impressed with the «watermelon ice» ejuice that I bought! It has an extremely nice mentholly flavor to it, hence «ice»!!! I recently moved to the area and I’m sure that I’ll probably be making these guys my regular cape spot!!!
