Awesome place to live! This condo is affordable and very modern to live in. The location is 2 – 3 blocks away from the amazing San Pedro Market. It’s great to be close to downtown san jose, when you want to go eat you can want a few blocks and there are great selections. When you want to go watch a sharks game it is about 7 – 8 blocks away. The area is quite, it is pretty safe where i feel comfortable coming home late at night. I really enjoy living at this location. The parking is also easy to get and safe too, safe if you can find parking.

Wow, my 100^th review! While most of you are probably into your hundreds of hundreds this is my first milestone! Here’s to 100 more!

Honestly a stone’s throw from Downtown but safe enough where you don’t have to worry about the locals showing up on your doorstep.
+ Brand new
You can’t complain living with all new carpets, appliances, and never been touched walls.
+ Fun/​Modern floor plans
Why settle for something plain and boring when you can have a multi level fun house.
+ Vaulted ceilings
You walk into the room and it’s just lovely.
+ High windows
High sexy windows to let the light shine in.
+ Helpful Regis handy mean
Alan Craft helps out ²⁴⁄₇: if you’re locked out or need some repairs he will answer your call to help out. Alan is the best! Dan is on Alan’s staff and he’s really helpful as well. Dan does great work and is very efficient.
+ Fabulous hardwood floors
+ Cute community of young professionals
The community consists of a fun mix of young marrieds and working professionals. it’s a quiet neighborhood but cozy as well. It’s no Melrose Place, thank goodness!
Now here comes the tough stuff. While I can’t say that the first applies to everyone, in our circumstance, it was a big negative and V. shady.
— Regis homes shifty dealings during closing
Regis moved up the closing date by a month, unbeknownst to the buyer. They apparently sent a letter with the update but we never received it.
— Parking
Tight spaces and this odd Euro machine that says, «BEEING PROCESSED» while in use.

Not huge
+ Low water pressure
Change your shower heads as soon as you move into your casa.
— Soundproofing
Sometimes I can hear ‘THINGS’: shudder:

I think it tastes funny… and I’m 87% sure that if I place it under a microscope I will see little moving/​floating objects. eek.
