2n Salon

This visit was happenstance since I was waiting to get a new set of tires across the street at Costco. So I decided to get a haircut and color touch up as well after discovering 2n Salon from my walkabout. Upon entering, I was glad to see a clean and well ventilated salon with privacy rooms in the rear built in. Ngoc, the owner, was there to greet me and answer my questions about products used. She was very hospitable and was willing to accommodate me with the services I needed for hair trimming and color matching. Shortly after, her assistant, Yen, took care of me to ensure all the prep was done. She took her time to be thorough with the shaping and cutting prior to using a low chem gel based color match. While waiting, Ngoc spoke to me about various products that she would offer should I desire more organic based dyes that had ingredients that were hypoallergenic (my request because of sensitive skin) from Japan. This demonstrated to me that she was premeditating my future needs should I have a good experience. Great customer service! After the color was set, extra application of a rinse and facial scrub was applied to avoid any staining on my entire face with a citrus exfoliation scrub — a nice touch! Lastly, Ngoc came to give a final inspection of the work adding a few touch-​ups with gentle shear and razor applications. A quick blow dry, brush, and some spray/​gel polished off everything just in time for me to head back for my car service back at Costco, voila! I was pleased with the care and professionalism here.
