A Nanny Solution does not do proper reference checks. They sent me a Nanny with a falsified written referral, and then Chandra admitted to me that they don’t interview or ask references questions to verify if the referrals are real. She said they don’t want«to bother» the previous employers. As it turns out, the nanny they sent me did not know much about children, including important things about child safety. Chandra was nice, but until she feels comfortable really vetting her candidates, I would stay away. It seems I am not the only one who thinks this. I have never seen a Unilocal review with so many«reviews that are not currently recommended.» Does the company just delist any review that is not positive(which appears to be most of them)?

As a mother of 3 who was new to the Bay Area I trusted Jessica to help me find a nanny that I could intrust with the care of my children. Since 2007 I have used Jessica twice, which is indicative of the service that I received from A Nanny Solution. The first nanny that I hired through Jessica was very competent, but not very reliable, which i could never blame on Jessica. We ended her employment after 1-year of service. I didn’t even consider calling another agency when I began my search for a new nanny! Jessica was understanding and discreet when I explained in detail my reasons for terminating the employment of our first nanny. The second time around I was more in tune with the personality type of the nanny I was looking for and Jessica immediately set out in search of the perfect fit for my family. She hit the nail on the head! Our new nanny has been with us for almost two years and is a great fit for our home and truly a member of our family. I highly recommend Jessica and A Nanny Solution to anyone looking for a nanny.

Wow. I too received a very unprofessional email from Jessica via Unilocal, ranting about a number of issues, and in a threatening tone she implored me to take down a «deceitful review» on Unilocal. She is clearly a few eggs short of an omlette.
