One of our clients was in immediate need of a Board and Care home, as she was about to be discharged from the nursing facility where she was staying. The San Jose Wellness Center put me in touch with Vincent from A-​Z CARE Finders. He quickly located a few options in one area of town which were not quite what our client wanted. I requested that he search in another area across town and he immediately set us up with a few options there! Our client was extremely happy with one of the facilities and promptly moved in. Throughout the entire process Vincent was involved with coordinating and caring for the client, the Board and Care providers and myself. He is a «can do» guy and he made a difficult time easy. I highly recommend Vincent and A-​Z!
