Located right near the library. Nice pple usually go there. No bathroom but you can use the ones at the library(as long as it is open of course)

Love to take my dog here for the big open grass field! There is also a small bbq picnic area, play structure and tennis court. this park is pretty crowded on weekends during the morning and afternoon for soccer games and hangouts.

Nice well-maintained playground. They have two large play structures that are appropriate for kids as young as 3. My daughter loves it here. Only downside is sometimes older kids without parental supervision meet there and get a little rowdy. But vast majority of visitors are families with small kids.

Props to the City of San Jose for taking what would’ve been a boring grassy area behind the library and created a nice open space and neighborhood park. I was here today for an 8 year old’s birthday party and had a nice time. This park can’t be more than 2 acres in size and consists of a large grassy area adjacent to the Silver Creek trail and a nice updated modern playground. There are trees scattered about so there is shade. There are no restrooms on site so you have to use the ones inside the library provided the library is open. There is also a Starbucks on the other side of the creek on Aborn if you really had to go. This is certainly not a destination park but was nice and peaceful for a birthday party and a very nice perk for people who live in the adjacent neighborhood.

This is very small neighborhood park located adjacent to the Evergreen Public Library. Not many amenities –Small grassy field –Excellent Tot Lot w/a really cool Pirate Ship structure(see my pic.) –Picnic tables –No public restrooms — unless you count the ones at the library. However if the library is closed(which there’s a pretty good chance it is due to budget cut-backs) then you’re SOL. –Thompson Creek Trail access The lack of a restroom at a neighborhood park would’ve normally drawn a 2-star review from me, but the proximity to the trail and library made me give it the 3-star boost.
