Wow pretty pricey $$$ for verbal quote over the phone. I can’t believe majority of 4 – 5 stars.

The team at Action Cleaning Service is top notch! Technicians Nicole and Tara are superstars and very professional. I found the entire process from getting started to getting our regular routine in place to be seamless and super easy. Highly recommend!

I’ve used Davyln’s team for a couple of years now. All of their technicians have been wonderful. We had Rachel for some time followed by Vanessa. Both of them did a great job. Recently we moved and we had to stop using them since they don’t serve the current area we live in. For the first clean, Davlyn came to our apartment for an inspection and quote. The technicians are thorough. The office sends an email reminder before every clean to confirm the appointment. I have had no issues leaving the technician unattended. When they mess up (broke a small statue) — the technician was honest and asked that we contact the office for a refund. There were a few times I needed to reschedule and the office was accommodating. You will find cheaper rates at other places — but if you are going to trust someone to come into your home on a regular basis and spend a couple of hours — you need to feel safe about your choice and I have always felt that my techs did a nice job.

Shout out to Action Cleaning Service and their team!!! Yessenia and Nicole came and did my first deep clean today. I am beyond happy with my clean. These ladies were on time and paid very close detail of my nooks and crannies! Thank you ladies!

Action Cleaning Service has been such a lifesaver for our family. They are the perfect combination of feeling like you have a personal house cleaner, but with the added security of being able to report a problem or have a sick day covered as they are a small business. Rosanna, our cleaning tech is friendly and easy to be around, and she does an excellent job of cleaning our home. She is so detail-​oriented and a very hard worker. We look forward to hear coming each time. We have had other technicians in the past and they have all been excellent!

After being on the waiting list a few months, they contacted me in September and in October
I started regular service with Action, and have not been disappointed! Well worth the wait! They provide thorough cleaning in all the corners. When a cleaner was ill, they provided a timely substitute. Communication is excellent, friendly from top to bottom.
I have cats, and the one thing the cleaners are not allowed to do by company policy for health reasons is touch the plastic hooded cat boxes in any way, so I have to clean around those myself separately. They also do not wash any dirty dishes that are left over in the sink so I prewash those to be sure they can get at the sink for deep cleaning when they are there.

We have been clients of Action Cleaning since it started, and of Davlyn and Erica before that, more than 20 years total. We keep a fairly clean house but rely on their consistent and complete coverage to keep it that way. They have always been reliable in terms of being on time and doing a good job. It is easy to communicate with them, whether about scheduling, making payments, or asking them to order their tasks around the occasional morning phone meeting for our jobs.
Our main requirements have been to be able to trust them in our house and to do a good job of cleaning. We have never been disappointed in either. Although we are frugal, price was not our highest priority, but I have been impressed by Davlyn’s efforts over the years to keep prices in check, sometimes frankly surprised how she has chosen to invest for the long term and pay her workers reasonably instead of raising prices to make a quick buck. And the low turnover of the personable cleaning technicians has been a much-​appreciated bonus.
The cleaning technicians are knowledgeable about their cleaning products and techniques. They are sensitive to giving gentle and appropriate care to nice furniture and appliances. They point out problems they encounter that homeowners will want to take care of (plumbing leaks or non-​functioning items, for example), and have even suggested cleaning approaches to try or to specifically avoid for some special cases.
This is a quality business that delivers quality results consistently. We wouldn’t trust anyone else to clean our home.

Action Cleaning is the real deal. I hired them to clean my house a few months ago to see how good of a job they would do, and I have been using it ever since. They are punctual with their schedule (we had them notify us once when they were running late which was cool of them) and they do a fantastic job of cleaning areas most other companies miss. I’ve never had any issues with the employees that work here, they have always been very friendly. Definitely worth the price for how professional they are.

It has been now several months that I am using the services from Action Cleaning Service.
They are very well organized, the cleaning from Ana is perfect and the prize is one of the lowest I could find.
No complaints at all.

Of all the cleaning services I have used at my same residence for 20 years, Action has been the best, for these reasons:
— Extremely prompt response time, regardless of the reason. Every time I have emailed or called with a comment or question, the owner or her office staff respond within one business day, usually sooner.
— The policies and procedures are well documented and explained to you prior to service starting. I like having a common, written understanding, which prevents any misunderstandings regarding what is/​is not cleaned, pricing, cancellation, etc.
— The technicians that I have met at my home have been consistently professional, friendly and polite.
— The cleaning has been thorough and complete.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for service.

Love their service! We’ve been using their services for over two years and we are satisfied every time. We have a two bedroom apartment, approx 1100 sq ft. and the price for the quality of work is very reasonable! (So I’m not sure what the other Unilocaler Akansha S is talking about… They just seem confused at life). Every person that has cleaned our house has done a great job and when we have interacted with them, they’ve all been very friendly and always ask if there was anything else we saw that needed to be redone or done better. We also have pets and have specific instructions on eBay they need to do to make sure they don’t escape, which they follow! Would definitely recommend!!!

Five stars, more like 10 stars! I adore this company and will never go back to another company! They have dramatically improved the quality if my life and I feel like a princess every time they come over as I sit at my table, relax and enjoy a cup of tea (especially when I take my bath soak after they leave)!
For you to understand how amazing they are you must read on. I met with Davlyn last year after having 5 other cleaning companies refuse to come, not call back or come but quickly refuse to enter my home for the estimate! My husband is a hoarder and I used to be able to out clean him when he was working. With him being unemployed for months and then myself becoming disabled and incapable of teaching the floor or bending and twisting, lets just say I as losing the battle. With a surgery coming up, all I wants was done one to clean my bathroom and the hallway between the bathroom and my bedroom so I could recover post procedure at home in a sanitary environment where I would not trip and pull stitches or get an infection when I changed my dressing in the bathroom or tried to «see to my comforts». I was willing to pay a full house cleaning fee for just the bathroom and short hallway and frankly was desperate!
She arrived and I explained outside that having anyone in my home was stressful and I knew I would be judges and that I was extremely sensitive to criticism and that I might cry and it was ok, but to just bear with me. She was sweet natured and agreed so I let her in. She had no visible reaction to the clutter or piles if boxes we literally had flanking us as we entered the bathroom. She looked at it and in a way that Ed so compassionate and yet very respectful, she told me she wanted to do the cleaning, but her insurance would not allow it and if I fixed a few minor things, she could finish the estimate then. I just had to put caulk on the tub, install some type of flooring and base board. She explained not having those things would likily lead to damage to my home if she performed a cleaning and explained why. She artfully took a situation that could have been devistating for me and gave me dignity. It was not that my home was «too dirty or too cluttered» as the others had said after simply refusing to enter my home, but a matter that water intrusion would likily cause structural issues with my home if she cleaned! It made perfect sense! We left on a good footing and she told be she was excited to hear from be again and was frankly very encouraging!
I silent that year not only fixing the issues we discussed but decided to not call her, because my surgery had healed by the time I could addess it, to tidy and sort the «stacks» in the rest of the house. I moved the hoarder to another home and respectfully sorted and tossed and donated. I called her back a few months ago (a year after our first meeting). She remembered me and asked how I was. She seemed sincere interested. When she came to my home, she literally gasped and exclaimed how happy she was for me and how amazed at how beautiful the house was and how she enjoyed my choice if flooring too. That she had expected just the items we discussed to be done but not l of this and we were joyful together. It was the first tube I had had a stranger to my home and not had a racing heart or anxiety from fear if being judges poorly in over a year! And her employees are just as great!
When they came they remembered that I had pet rats so they dudnt spray the cleaners with the herbs that their respiratory systems are sensitive to! I was so impressed and the clean… it was up to my OCD standards and since I clean my dirty grout lines with a toothbrush like a manic fool, that is really saying something! I feel respected, I get the clean I want even with my quirks (like my kitchen done a certain way) embraced. They are quick and efficient, they understand English flawlessly AND I they are the only company I felt comfortable giving my house key to!

Just called them for information and a quote and I was told approximately some $ 300 for my first cleaning. That’s ridiculously priced for a 1 bed 2 bath apartment in San Jose. Mind you this is not even a house with a yard or anything great. It’s just a plain and simple apartment with barely any furniture and no pets.
Your service maybe great but approximately $ 300 or more each cleaning service is beyond ridiculous!

Action Cleaning Service came recommended by a co-​worker. After a brief chat Davlyn visited our home to provide an estimate. I was immediately impressed with her thoroughness and professionalism. Clearly a business owner who takes pride in the level of service they provide. Action Cleaning Service is exceptionally detail oriented, and for those of us who like things as spelled out as possible, they provide a detailed folder with all the info you could want.
Mayra, our regularly scheduled cleaner, has been incredibly thorough, following detailed instructions, and our place has never been so spotless.
I regret that I have to cancel my service because I am moving. If I wasn’t, I’d continue using them forever and I will continue recommending them to anyone in the area.

I found this company through cleaning for a cause.
They have provided me with 4 months of cleaning at no charge due to me having stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma. From the second they came into my home they have all made me feel very comfortable. They do an amazing job, I’ve been very happy with the service and will defiantly recommend them.

I wish we would have hired ACS years ago! With a young baby it has made our lives so much easier to not have to worry about deep cleaning the house (especially the floors with a crawler). The women we have worked with on the quote and scheduling have been friendly and prompt. The woman who cleans our home has been reliable, friendly, and is very detail oriented with the clean. We had been trying since we moved in to get our jacuzzi bathtub clean and were amazed at what an excellent job she does. This goes for every part of the house. Would definitely recommend working with this company! :)

Action Cleaning Service has been cleaning both my daughter’s house and my house for well over a year now, and they do a great job in both houses. Our cleaner, Anna, is always polite, energetic, reliable, well-​organized, on-​time, and thorough. When there’s been a reason to communicate with the office, like when our cleaning day falls on a major holiday, we get an email notifying us of the closure, and there is «someone there who cares» offering an alternate cleaning day.
In the beginning, we got several quotes from cleaning services, and Action Cleaning Service’s prices were fair and competitive. They came to the house and made detailed notes, so there was never any question about what to expect.

I am super happy with Action cleaning. I originally called a year ago for an over the phone quote but my husband wasn’t on board. I called again a few weeks before our baby was due to get started.
They begin with a home estimate from the owner who carefully looks at your home at its current condition before offering a quote. I felt the pricing was very reasonable. It was a couple week wait to get the original quote, you are committed to getting service if you are willing to wait, which is good news for Action. They are actually expanding to meet customer needs, which I found by calling around is rare. The top rated service providers are all, not surprisingly busy, and this one will actually work to get you in. Hooray!
