Exactly the same experience as other reviewers. Shady business. Adel had me purchase a «deal» to replace filters for 3 years. He came by once but after that never came back — promises to call back, sets up time but doesnt show up or call back. Stay clear of them!
CAUTION: They now also operate under another company name «Advanced Pure Water Systems» and that is getting good reviews on Unilocal from new customers. I’ve dealt with them over the last 2 years and my experience has been horrible.

We recently moved to San Ramon, I notice that the water was hard and sticky. We contacted 3 water filtration companies and by far my husband and I found that advanced water products had the best quality product for the best price. After choosing advanced water products we have gotten the best service throughout the project. We highly recommend then!

Extremely shady business. In the original sale Adali promised a «free» replacement filter in 18 months. When we called him to come in to replace the filter, he charged us $ 150 for, not the filter, but some other small piece that went with the filter. What honest businessman do not disclose a $ 150 fee ahead of time, and still has the nerve to call it a «free» replacement?
The equipment itself (installation included) has also had some problems, leaking water into our garage and neighbor’s yard. Recently the equipment also seemed to have stopped processing the salt.
Can’t believe GE has not received enough complaints to stop this guy from representing GE products.

Shady salesmen make me sick to my stomach. It’s very hard to find honest people trying to do a business for themselves and this one named Adel just ruined it for me. I recommend other companies like Culligan, Rainsoft, and Kinetico all of which my friends were much happier with b/​c of great customer service, promises kept and no hidden fees.
